No contact with owners, nothing in kitchen like tea/ coffee, it made the place feel a little impersonal

Newly renovated apartment, close to Quattro Venti train station, about 20 minutes walk to Trastevere train station. Quiet neighborhood.

The property was remodeled .
we had a big issue to unlock the doors with the bad Internet connection that we had. We couldn’t download the passports. No one helped . They did not pick up the phone or responded via WhatsApp. They didn’t care! Just a really bad communication. The only way was via email few hours later. The main bathroom was clogged ( we only used once) , it was very dusty . The neighbor told me literally not to disturb.
