About this apartment rental
The apartment with a strong artistic sense, is included in a house overlooking the avenue of Villa Pamphili, large, trees, sunlit culminating with the fifth of the immense Villa Doria Pamphili.
The neighborhood, characterized precisely by this large public park, the largest of Rome, then immersed in the green, allows, from the romantic Belvedere Janiculum the views of Rome to 360 °.
The house is set in a detached house with a few apartments can be reached by lift or a few flights of stairs and consists of a welcoming entrance, adorned with a large map of Rome of the nineteenth century, a large living-dining room, complemented by an elegant and functional kitchenette and sitting area with a sofa bed, a pleasant and bright terrace, a large bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
For the construction materials have been used to excellent quality which was followed by a happy idea furnishing, supported by a fine artistic sense.
From the living room leads to the terrace that surrounds the apartment and in which large corner space, you can pleasantly dine and enjoy moments of relaxation.
The House has available (exactly at the gate) two bus lines that connect the neighborhood with the center and the railway stations. A short walk from our house was recently built the railway station of the Four Winds which is a few minutes St. Peter's, the Circus Maximus, Largo Argentina, Trastevere, the Stazione Termini, Porta Portese, Piazza Venezia, Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Spanish Steps, Via del Corso, the Pantheon and the Colosseum.
To Fiumicino Airport is a convenient shuttle train that arrives directly at the airport, from the Trastevere station (every 20 minutes).
Finally, was prepared the new line of bus No. 982 that allows a very wide around the city comfortably reaching the Vatican, the Prati and Parioli district.
In addition, our guests will have (included) a private parking space in the basement and covered the same villa, which will allow him to admit your own car or a rental car.
In the city of Rome is now present a simple, efficient Car sharing, usable, simply by downloading an 'up' with your smartphone (car to go or enjoy) advantageous to enter and turn even in the historical center, free parking places for a fee.
FREE SERVICES: air conditioning, wi-fi, TV, hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, microwave, cot and high chair for babies, carport protected, bedding, bath and kitchen, utilities, cleaning final tax (required by the city of Rome).

Barbara was extremely helpful and very responsive to our needs. The fresh baked bread was sweet and delicious. The apartment is in a terrific location which is super quiet and peaceful. From the artwork to the small details, everything was well done. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a very tastefully decorated apartment with good use of space. It is ideal for a couple but could probably accommodate a small family as well. We were welcomed by Barbara who showed us where everything was located. She even left us a baked Italian pastry and a couple of bus tickets to begin our adventure in Rome. The patio was very nice with gorgeous flowers and plants – nice place to relax with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. Speaking of coffee, Barbara taught us how to use the Italian coffee/expresso maker; wonderful coffee.
We decided not to trouble with a car in Rome and did not have a problem. Based on Barbara’s directions to get to the apartment, we took the train from the airport to Trastevere and then the bus which let us off right in front of the apartment! Barbara gave us an annotated, personalized map of the neighborhood so we could find bus and train lines, the grocery and good restaurants. We used the apartment for the first two days and the last two days of our two week trip to Italy. When returning on the last leg, it was pouring rain and Barbara met our cab with an umbrella, our key card, with another baked treat and bus/train tickets. She was always accommodating and we felt well cared for. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped. It is worth noting that the shower which worked fine for me was somewhat small for my 6’3’’ husband. On a final note, when we left Rome we thought we lost a gift for our granddaughter in a cab trip only to have Barbara contact us to say she found it in the apartment and would be shipping it to us. We are very grateful. Needless to say, we’d definitely stay here again.
