La ubicación cerca del metro. Contacto con el anfitrión rápido y efectivo. Supermercado 24 horas cerca. Bar Coppi cerca con muy buenos Aperol Spritz a buen precio.

El barrio donde se encuentra ubicado. Aunque hay que tener en cuenta que Roma es una ciudad muy antigua y la limpieza deja mucho que desear en las calles. Otro punto negativo es que en agosto había ciertos restaurantes cercanos cerrados y nos costó un poco encontrar algo decente en la zona. Si buscáis apartamento con terraza quizás para fumar, no lo recomiendo pues ésta estaba a la entrada del edificio y no tenía salida directa desde el apartamento.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very helpful, responsive, and welcoming. The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable, with two large bedrooms, good wardrobes, and fully working air conditioning. The kitchen was also very clean, neat, and well-equipped. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk from the metro, in a safe and secure area with very little noise. There is also a large 24-hour supermarket nearby, which makes it very convenient to buy groceries and other essentials. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly recommended! Thank you so much to the host for your great hospitality and for making our stay so comfortable. We really appreciate it and would be happy to stay here again!

Nothing major—overall, we had a great stay. As a small suggestion, adding a wall clock in the bedrooms would be helpful. If possible, the setup around the food bin could be improved, and the clothes pole/rail could be updated as it looks a little old. Otherwise, everything was great!

LOKACIJA DOBRA

1) Location: Very close to metro station Porta Furba, supermarket 2) Host: Antonio is very helpful host. He is available on Whatsapp and responses were very quick. He had arranged a short eats and fruit drink on arrival which was very nice of him. He arranged taxi ride to get back to airport 3) The apartment was very comfortable. Kitchen has all basic cooking facilities, coffee to use, general items like salt, sugar, oil were kept available. Two bedrooms had AC units, Bathroom had water heater and room heater. Spacious enough for entire family. Bath towels were arranged.

not much to say about things I did not like. Few suggestions to improve. The main bedroom AC unit might need some maintenance. It is not efficient as the one located in twin-bed bed room. Adding vegetable peeler and few kitchen utensils like spatula would enhance the use of kitchen. The water heater in the bathroom is very slow to heat the water. After 1-2 people bathing it is difficult for the rest to get hot water in quick time.
