Very close to the Colosseum and other major attractions

The property is very close to the Colosseum, the main train station, metro, grocery stores and restaurants. I was glad that I found this property online. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment, it was comfortable and the AC helped a lot with the hot weather. Paola was so lovely and the communication was excellent with her. She showed us the easiest way to get to places and gave us some pieces of advice. She mentioned about the pickpockets too, though we already knew about it but it's good to know that they warn their guests. I'll definitely book this place if I go back to Rome.

Amazing location, and plenty of space for the entire family. Host was easy to work with, air conditioning worked great, beds were very comfortable. 10/10, everything you could hope for in a Rome apartment.

Very nice people, mother and daughter, but they seemed in a hurry to leave before we could think of any questions. After that we communicated via WhatsApp.

For two couples the unit isn’t great. The second bed is in the kitchen/studio and is small with an uncomfortable mattress. Luckily the location is good amd we were gone most of the day. But evening sleep was difficult for the couple in the small bed. Also very few supplies/amenities are provided—no bath soap or conditioner, limited toilet paper, no paper towels in the kitchen, minimal cooking supplies and dishes, no minimal staples. We had to depart rather early (10am) which wasn’t terrible until we found out there was no place to leave our bags even for a few hours. They referred us to an another establishment to pay for storage. They discouraged us from storing the bags at the train station. Not sure why except maybe their friends ran the other establishment. But we chose to go the the train station and there were lots of option and we didn’t have to walk back to the other place.
