Great location for exploring across Rome.

Lots of space and well located to explore Rome.

The air con units were not standard units and did not function properly. Had I have known that these units were not the standard units, I would have chosen to stay elsewhere. It was very hot and stuffy in the apartment.

Disgusting. We moved within a couple hours of arriving and asked for a refund.

Floor was wet when we arrived - just wiped. Placed smelled stale. Rubbish was in the bins. Towels were torn. Bed sheets were discolored. Toilet was running. We called and asked for a refund.

Cheap, but not very memorable

Large place, big enough for ten people, kitchen, fridge etc, its almost more of an airbnb, so great value for the money

its in the basement, no elevator, no natural light along one length of the place, no outdoor area, the decor is sparse and not very pretty. It's basically a 3 bedroom 2 bath flat that has beds in it.

in a bad need of a painting, lots of stuff left in the apartment like boxes, painting buckets, internet and cable sockets out of the wall, the sofa bed really uncomfortable, very noisy as well

good location for tourist sites and size but lacks everything else

location was brilliant host was very good, helpful and efficient on responding to queries via message only attempt at being a modern styled apartment 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and dining room/kitchen tv’s in two bedrooms only

the apartment is in the basement ! those with mobility issues be aware it’s down quite a few spiral steps - if I wasn’t in a group it felt a little unsafe overcomplicated checkin - if your flight is later you pay an extra fee but I don’t see why as it’s self checkin and your sent a link! no one is going out of there way to check you in! it’s very noisy outside - tbh it’s acceptable as it’s in a busy part of rome but other residents close by can get noisy - there is a school directly across the street and on the first morning I was awoken early to the sounds of a kids outdoor dance class! the communal areas are rundown and the whole apartment although clean needs a full update and painting. it lacks some basic facilities and unfortunately lots of areas left unfinished ie paint tubs and unopened boxes in the apartment just covered with cloth - scuffs all over walls and loose sockets surely if they knew guests are coming these should be completed first! checkout 10.30 - fair but cleaners arrived a little early literally waiting at the door for you to get out ! you can store your luggage if your flight is later than checkout which is very nice - at the sister apartment - no 68- which is much nicer and more modern but it’s in a building under construction too -lift not working at time we went so you have to carry your luggage to the fourth floor! when we asked about some of the facilities the host was quite blunt and seemed more preoccupied on her phone and just said you don’t need to book then do you ! noted - but very blunt attitude if your in the hospitality industry .. it’s nice to be nice! overall 5 out of 10

we liked having the separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

we had quite the experience when we first got there with the caretaker having his bag taken by our Uber driver. we helped him get it back but took up the first couple of hours of our trip. the place was not clean when we got there, there was food on the chairs in the kitchen, the soap and things were empty packages and not refilled. the entire place needs a paint as you can see the mildew and mold on the walls from the humidity and just general scratches and gouge’s out of the walls.

nice location, three discrete rooms, two discrete full bathrooms/toilets, usable kitchen, air conditioned, helpful remote reception.

glaringly white, scuffed, unadorned walls — interior resembled a run-down hospital; no sitting area besides the dining area; considerable automobile noise in the bedrooms; no corkscrew (in Rome!).

House was very central in rome. Everything is within walking distance especially the metro station and the colosseum. Staffs were helpful and responds very quickly. Apartment was comfortable and had all the necessities needed. We had a wonderful stay here.

first of all they didn’t tell us that the apartment was in the basement, it was very noisy from the cars and we couldn’t sleep, it wasn’t clean , it smelled bad, there was no minibar.

The worst apartment I’ve ever been

Location

This is the letter I’ve wrote to the company. A lot of Home Rules, writing on the wall of the kitchen, only for customers. And, what about your rules? You rules are, at least, keep everything ok before the customers arrive. I don’t know where begin for. The first bedroom on the right: customers need to let the clothes somewhere. Kitchen: we are four adults, we need at least a coffee machine for four coffees, and all we found is a little coffee machine for two little coffees and another one that doesn’t work with the type of fire cooking of the apartment. It’s necessary,for breakfast, a roaster, and you don’t have one. And too, kitchen rags. We found, just arriving, one of the second bedroom beds, broken. You know it already, and it was fixed in the next day. Bathroom just upstairs: nothing works well. The shower is broken, the wc moves as you move over it, and the bidet, the water comes out as you open the tap. And it was dirty. The third bedroom: it was ok, but the door has a lot of spiders webs. Everything I’m writing in this note, you can realize, and if you want, you can fix them if you want the best for the next customers. To end, just expressing that this apartment is de worst I’ve ever been . If it was possible, I only would pay for it the half of the amount I’ve paid, but it’s impossible, I know. When I will arrive at home, I’ll write an opinion in Booking.com, is the only thing we can do. Javier y Jose Luis.

Σαν τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή,σαν οικεία είναι άθλια.Αρχικα βρίσκεται σε ημιυπόγειο τα μπάνια βρωμαγαν δεν υπήρχε θέρμανση δεν είχε γίνει ο καθαρισμός που θα έπρεπε το σπίτι ήταν πάρα πολύ βρώμικο. Ήταν κακοσυντηρημένο μας είχαν φέρει μια πετσέτα για μια μέρα δηλαδή το κάθε άτομο είχε μια πετσέτα δεν υπήρχε ούτε μια επιπλέον κουβέντα τα παπλώματα ήταν βρώμικα. Οι πρώτες ήταν χαλασμένες και τα χερούλια επίσης ήταν σε άθλια κατάσταση. Το οποίο έχεις αποτέλεσμα το σπίτι να μην είναι κατοικήσιμο και να βρίσκεται σε άθλια κατάσταση
