I liked everything about this place: nice view from the window, big balcony, cozy bed and stylish bathroom. Apartment has everything one might need in a journey, including the stove top and a kettle, dishes and pans, a hair dryer and an iron. The host Paolo was very helpful: provided me with detailed video instructions on self-check-in, reacted promptly every time I wrote to him.

One thing that was unclear to me is where the washing machine is :) I found it the next day in a big locker on the balcony :) It's not that I didn't like it, the whole process of discovering it was fun :) However, a traveller should take into account that it's pretty far from the city centre, though in my case it suited quite good. You may take the bus (the stop is 50 m from the house) which will take you in 15-20 minutes to the nearest metro station Battistini.

Very clean and cozy apartment in a modern building,quiet area,nice view from balcony,all necessary utensils are available Nice supermarket nearby, and we get use to the transport connections, Paolo is very helpful host. Easy key entrance

Better bed or mattress definitely needed. Apartment been made from the part of bigger one,and the bathroom window of 1st is on the balcony of another...romantic evening is interrupted by sounds and etc...no way... Paying tourist tax by throwing money in the box is an another surprise,would rather add it to the original payment

It was comfortable stay in a separate appartment in a block of flats . It was small kitchen and very nice big terrace .It was really cool to spent time there . Bed was comfortable enough . Also it was washing mashine ,but we didnt use it . Also I would like to mention very comfortable check in process and quite good communication with owner

Location is really far away .You need to take bus first and after metro .Also on a week days metro closes at 21.30 , so if you want to spent evening timein a center you need to take 2 buses back to the apartments .So , basicly you need to have a car .In different way you will spent 1hour ( more or less ) for one way trip to the center

Large, spacious, clean, well furnished apartment, good view from the balcon. Host was very nice and helpful. Neighbourhood is queit. A bit far from the center, but when I got used to local transport it turned out to be ok.

Szép kilátás, terasz. A tulajdonos mindig hamar reagált.

Lefoglaltam a szállást, majd egy rövid idővel később a szállásadó jelezte, hogy eltévesztette az árat, és törölte a foglalását. Újra kellett foglalni egy magasabb áron. Ezt elég furcsának találom, de elfogadtam azzal, hogy mindenki tévedhet. A foglalásnál szerepelt, hogy reggeli kérhető, a helyszínen fizetendő. Induláskor kiderült, hogy ez nem igaz. Ezért kétségekkel telve mentünk oda.

Ce logement ne vaut pas le prix que nous avons payé, certes il est très propre mais quand il fait une chaleur extrême av

L’appartement était très propre, ça sentait bon. Très fonctionnel.

La climatisation fonctionnait très mal ce qui a gâché notre séjour car impossible de dormir il faisait trop chaud. La pomme de douche était cassée, le minimum à ce prix c’est de faire les réparations. La porte de la chambre s’ouvrait très mal, à chaque fois on mettait du temps à l’ouvrir. Logement situé trop loin de tout, il est isolé, obligé de rouler au moins 30 minutes pour rejoindre les lieux touristiques.

Ottima scelta e comodissimo per UniCusano

Appartamento molto carino e pulito, per me anche comodissimo in quanto dovevo recarmi a UniCusano (che è praticamente di fronte). Il gestore è stato gentilissimo e disponibile, non ho nessuna critica da fare e lo consiglio vivamente. Io ovviamente se ricapiterà di dover venire ci ritornerò sicuramente

Très belle appartement

Appartement très propre a notre arrivée. Serviettes plié et propre ce qui est plaisant. L’appartement est spacieux et agréable. La propriétaire reste joignable et réponds rapidement ce que j’ai fortement apprécié car cela fluidifie les échanges. Pour l’accès à Rome, pour une vingtaine de minutes de bus ou de métro cela se fait rapidement donc parfait Je recommande fortement cette appartement.
