A double bedroom+a sofa that can alao be a big bed, cosy, has-many-thins kitchen, clean sheets. A warm welcome and great help!

The location isnt so easy to get to, esp if you would like to stay late in the center for a while after midnight. And in the night the area doesnt feel very safe. But we had no major problems, we are so glad we chose this flat.

Very convenient location, near the subway and bus stop. There is a cafe near by. Attentive owners, met and helped to set up wi-fi. Comfortable bed, clean and homely. Thank you very much.

Alltogether it was a pleasant flat, we enjoyed our stay.

We had a pleasant stay, we were satisfied with the flat and its equipment, access to public transport. Modern flat with air conditioning and mosquito nets. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom.

The washing machine was not functioning. The foldable couch in the living room was very uncomfortable.

Difficoltà a trovare posteggio con auto ma essendo molto vicino alla fermata della metropolitana abbiamo lasciato il nostro mezzo posteggiato per due giorni.

Se ci si accontenta in tempi di carestia può andare

L'appartamento è piccolo ma carino. Il letto e i cuscini comodi. Il bagno, in relazione alle dimensioni della camera, è grande. I sanitari sono nuovi e c è una lavatrice grande che non abbiamo usato. La strada dove è ubicata la casa è in salita ma nelle vicinanze(400 metri ca.) c'è la metro Battistini che porta in centro o alla stazione.

Prima di tutto abbiamo dovuto attendere più di 10 minuti all'esterno la persona che ci doveva consegnare le chiavi ( per fortuna non pioveva). Quattro piani senza ascensore 🤦con i trolley è stata dura. La pulizia è molto sommaria. C è poca cura. Sotto al lavabo nel bagno abbiamo trovato una bacinella con acqua stagnante dov'erano immersi una spazzola e il phon. La cosa più assurda non c'era il sapone per le mani; nella doccia c'erano dei flaconi usati che facevano senso a toccarli e c'era un solo rotolo di carta igienica. In cucina non c'erano strofinacci.. Ci siamo lamentate per telefono con la proprietaria che vive all'estero e così la persona che ci ha accolto ci ha dato 5 euro perché lo comprassimo. Ne abbiamo spesi 20. La zona è popolata per lo più da stranieri. Mi sembrava di essere a White Chapel a Londra. Il rapporto qualità prezzo non è buono ma purtroppo a Roma questa è la realtà.

Ferah, aydınlık ama merkezden uzak bir daire.

Kaldığımız daire çok tatlı bir apartmanın çatı katıydı. Ferah, aydınlık ve geniş bir daire. İhtiyacımız olan her şey içeride vardı. Ev sahibi bir çok konuda bize yardımcı oldu.

Maalesef merkeze çok uzakta. Aslında toplu taşıma ile rahat bir şekilde ulaşım sağlayabildik ama markeze gitmek 30-40dkmızı aldı. Havaalanına da daha da uzak. 2 saat sürüyor yolunuz. Dairenin temizliği de maalesef çok iyi değildi ama idare ettik.
