I recommend this place to stay!

Great location, less than 4 mins walk to the bus station. Nice apartment with a cozy terrace where you can have breakfast or just enjoy your morning coffee. We were met by Roberto, a very welcoming and helpful host. The location was quite close to the center and all the main points of interest, all easily got to by either bus or underground. The apartment was close to several restaurants and local shops.

The terrace was a piece of heaven. The place is situated in an area with marquets and small neighbarhood bars where you can grab your espresso.

A nice accomodation for a budget stay in Rome

-Roberto was a very kind and nice host. Although we did not see him personally, he made the checkin very easy and flexible. -The apartment is very much functional and all the necessary facilities are available.

Neighborhood/distance: Access to city center is pretty straightforward, but the time it takes (around 1 hour) makes it impractical to make any breaks or returns during the day. Building: Although partially renovated, the apartment shows its age here and there. Windows are for instance old and do not provide much noise blocking; the bathroom is a bit noisy and smelly.

Great accommodation, quiet area, super friendly host

The accommodation is located in a quiet area outside the city center. Nevertheless, there is a bus station within 2-minutes' walking distance as well as a metro station reachable in 15-20 minutes. Next to the house, there is a big supermarket which had everything we needed. As far as the accommodation is concerned, it is fully furnished including a small kitchen, sofa, a big tv, along with beautiful decoration and an amazing balcony. Roberto (the host) is extremely friendly and easy-going. He allowed us to leave our luggage in the house before the check-in hours. When we came in, he had just cleaned the whole house and provided us with towels, shampoo, shower gel, etc. Besides, Roberto bought in advance some pasta, olives, tomato sauce, etc so that we have food when we arrive which I highly appreciate. Last but not least, he gave us valuable information and tips concerning public transport in Rome, tourist places, different routes, etc. Highly recommend it. We will come back again when we visit Rome next time.

Nothing to mention here, except for a bit slow internet connection in the property.

Very good

Roberto took the time to welcome us and inform us about the must-sees and must-does. Easy going and friendly guy. The appartment was perfect, with a beautiful little terrace. We even had a bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge.

The location is a bit far from the center, but there’s a busstop very nearby.

Szép, tiszta, tágas apartman, gyönyörű terasszal. A közelben pékség, kávézó, gyümölcsös, üzlet, gyógyszertár, buszmegálló, metró. Könnyedén be lehet jutni a központba. Roberto, pedig minden kérdésünkre, kérésünkre hamar valaszolt, sőt még ajándékot is hagyott nekünk a hűtőszekrényben. Köszönjük szépen! Szívesen visszatérnék ide bármikor.

Perfetto.

Die Lage ist sehr schön in einer Wohngegend gelegen. Es war ruhig und angenehm, nach dem lauten trubeligen Rom dorthin zurückzukehren. Der Bus 49 ist wenige Gehminuten entfernt und fährt bis zur Piazza Cavour. Um die Ecke gibt es verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten von kleinen Alimentari, einem Bäcker bis zu einem großen Supermarkt. Perfekt fürs Selbstversorgen. Roberto ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Host. Gastfreundschaft at it's best. Wir kommen gern wieder. Danke, mille grazie!!!

Das Schloss zur Eingangstür ist sehr schwergängig. Wir haben es von außen kaum aufbekommen.

Дуже круте місце в Римі для відпочинку щоб залишитися на кілька днів . Ми з сестрою залюбки залишимося ще раз у Роберто, все було зрозуміло і легко. Поряд є все необхідне, бари аптеки магазини,супермаркети,автобуси, я дуже зраділа дізнавшись що в них є метро яке коштує 1,50 в одну сторону. Квартира - це місце яке побудує ваше враження всього міста, тому необхідно обирати гарні варіанти. Ми легко приїхали посеред ночі і заселилися самостійно, з Роберто ми навіть не зустрілися, все було чисто і охайно.🫶💗 Рим залишив дуже гарні враження завдяки йому

Super miejsce!

Bardzo czyste, jasne, przytulne i miłe mieszkanie. Idealne dla pary, było wszystko, co potrzebne. Bardzo wygodne, duże łóżko, czysta i komfortowa łazienka, dobre ciśnienie wody. Dobry kontakt z Roberto, miła niespodzianka w postaci wody i wina w lodówce. W mieszkaniu bardzo cicho, bardzo spokojna okolica pełna sklepów spożywczych otwartych od rana do późna. Rano budzi śpiew ptaków ze wspaniałego tarasu;) Polecamy! Gdyby ktoś miał problem z furtką, można ją otwierać kluczem od drugiej strony;)
