The place was clean, tidy, and conveniently located near public transport and shops.

Collecting the keys on arrival was incredibly easy and pleasant. Roberta was very responsive to messages, punctual in meeting us, and truly accommodating. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The owner was friendly and ready to help. Groceries and transportation were easily accessible.

Mosquitoes. Lots of them. Repellent lotions did not help. Had to burn anti-mosquito incents all the time, which do not smell good but did the job.

It is in a very good location, attractions are easily accessible (bus: 46, 916, Metro). Good restaurant: Pasta al Volo, Metodo 2.0. , Golden Cornetto di note. Supermarket: Todis, Conad. The kitchen is well equipped and apartment is clean. Bed is comfortable. Balcony is sunny. The host was kind, friendly and helpful. We had a great time, we will stay here again next time we go to Rome.

Good location, close to the metro line A, Battistini (be aware that the line A will end the service every day at 21:00, except Friday and Saturday. A metro replacement, bus line MA - Battistini, will be in place from the bus stations near the metro). There are supermarkets nearby and some restaurants. The apartment is big and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. Also, you will have the full apartment for yourselves, it is not shared.

Owner Roberta is super nice. The apartement is quite big with fully equipped kitchen and even with washing machine. We travelled with a small baby and everything was just fine. Location is also very convenient, near the metro. There are grocery shops and post office very close.

Great price to quality ratio. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. It's located only few minutes from the metro station. The host was very nice even though we were a little late.

The only minus is lack of air condition, but at this price I can't complain.

The apartment was near of Batistini station. we had some restaurants and supermarket near it was well cleaned it’s a big apartment.

The person responsible for the checking had a problem and could be available for my check in at 15 as informed by her via WhatsApp a day before + it was also informed on booking rules . I informed her that it was a big problem for me as I was arriving really early and counting with it to deliver the rented car already planned following her checking rules+ I also did not have a place to stay with a an old person and more 8 luggages . I asked for a solution as I think it’s her responsibility and she apologized and just said she couldn’t help. I understand that problems can happens but it’s her responsibility to fix it and have a plan B for these king of occasions . In the end she arrived around 16:50 . We had to stay in the street for 1h50 waiting for her with all the luggages.

Very comfortable apartment with nice balcony. Position of apartment is very well, 5 minutes from Battistini metro station. Roberta is very nice and discrete.

Beds could be better, but it will not reduce my evaluation 🙂

Good location near the metro station (about 7 min walk), a lot of groceries stores, market place, restaurants with good food for affordable prices. The kitchen have all you need for cooking.

Volveremos sin dudas!

El apartamento es grande, cómodo y muy bien equipado. La zona es tranquila, aunque elejada del centro pero con metro y bus a pocas calles. Hay muchos comercios cerca.

La cama del cuarto rechina mucho al leve movimiento pero es muy cómoda y el cuarto por la noche es fresco a pesar de la altas temperaturas.

1. immeuble très mal isolé : les lits des enfants, positionnés dans une alcôve du salon, sont contre la cloison de la salle tv des voisins... donc très bruyant 2. eau à peine chaude donc impossible de détendre les muscles endoloris par les km parcourus dans Rome

Un discreto punto d'appoggio per visitare ROMA

Struttura fondamentalmente pulita. Letto matrimoniale comodo. Lavatrice. La struttura è nelle vicinanze della stazione Metro Battistini e delle fermate della 46 e della 916 quindi facile da raggiungere. . Considerando tuttavia che il viaggio da Termini dura in ogni caso dai 15 ai 20 minuti si presta di meno ad essere utilizzata come base d'appoggio durante la giornata.

Vaschette di gelato aperte nel congelatore... Probabilmente una svista.La zona periferica in cui si trova può non essere accogliente negli orari notturni.
