Suurepärane asukoht vaiksel ja turvalisel kõrvaltänaval. Asub Termini raudteejaamale üsna lähedal ning kõik linna peamised vaatamisväärsused jäävad jalutuskäigu kaugusele. Korter avar ja hubane ning lisaväärtuse annavad kaks vannituba.
Kasuks oleks tulnud pesumasina ning köögis veekeetja olemasolu.

Amazing location. Great value. Nice to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Great communication from the seller. We took the transfer offer from them, and whilst it was a little more expensive than a standard taxi, it was well worth it for us coming in late and getting straight into the apartment, and straight into a taxi from the departure door.
Needed a few more kitchen utensils. The place just needed a little tender loving care. A bit more of a deep clean, and some new sofas, and it would be much better and I’d have been willing to pay more for it. But overall, the location and price were so good, I will remember that the most.
