Would definitely stay here again!

Very spacious and cozy! 2 separate bedrooms with a bathroom in each one. A private terrace in the back. Clean place. Check in and check out were simple and straight forward. Amazing location; 15 mins walk from the colosseum, 15 mins walk to termini station. 20 mins walk from Trevi fountain. Loads of great restaurants and bars nearby!

Area for sitting out in was more basic than expected, and the outdoor terrace was full of mosquitos so couldn’t use.

Almost good

The apartment is located close to many attractions, as well as to some supermarkets. It was really easy to walk arond Rome from there. Also, the train station is really close. Good wifi. Towels were provided.

Could use a bit more cleaning. There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 people. In the kitchen there were no napkins, no dishwashing sponge, no cleaning rags, no mop. We had to buy all that, and these are necessities. Also, the toilet seats were broken and mostly not usable. The showers were spilling all over the bathroom.

We had a great 5 nights stay, from the check-in process to the apartment itself. It was very clean and in a good location and very well-equipped, great for family with kids. The manager was amazing. I contacted him many times before our arrival and he was always polite, kind and helpful. He kindly helped us with everything we asked. I would highly recommend you to stay here if you are looking for a nice, clean apartment that is reasonably priced.

Só acho que o imóvel poderia ter passado mais tempo aberto entre um hóspede e outro para o ambiente pudesse ser mais ventilado. Fora isso, tudo perfeito!!! El apartamento es verdaderamente cómodo, perfecto para una familia. Su ubicación es inmejorable, ofreciendo fácil acceso a diversos lugares. Además, el precio resulta muy atractivo y asequible. La distribución del espacio es funcional y acogedora. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia placentera y relajada. Sin duda, es una excelente opción para disfrutar de unas vacaciones inolvidables. La lavadora sería un añadido muy útil para la comodidad de los huéspedes. Por último, es un lugar que recomiendo ampliamente.

Un appartement très fonctionnel au centre de Rome qui offre un bon rapport qualité-prix

L'appartement est très bien situé, au centre de Rome, proche de la gare et de plusieurs sites touristiques, dans une rue calme mais avec des rues plus animées (bons restaurants, cafés...) à deux pas. L'appartement est situé à hauteur de rue ce qui m'a surpris au départ mais n'a pas posé de problème particulier en termes de bruit ou de passage. Il offre assez d'espace pour un séjour agréable en famille (nous étions 5) avec toutes les commodités. Les lits étaient confortables et les salles de douche très fonctionnelles. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir en cas de nouveau séjour à Rome.

Ten "apartament" to jakaś pomyłka. Już na pierwszy rzut oka było widać, że nikt tu nie sprząta. Brud i syf dosłownie wszędzie – podłogi lepiły się od brudu, kurz na meblach, a łazienka wyglądała, jakby nie była czyszczona od miesięcy. Pleśniejące ściany. Dodatkowo, brodzik przeciekał, co tylko potęgowało uczucie obrzydzenia. W całym mieszkaniu unosił się nieprzyjemny zapach wilgoci i czegoś bliżej nieokreślonego. 2 rolki papieru na kilka dni na 4 osobową rodzinę. Jedna sypialnia znajdowała się od strony wybrukowanej, głośnej ulicy, przez co sen był praktycznie niemożliwy. Na dodatek materace były zużyte i zapadały się do środka, co czyniło je niewygodnymi. To jednak nie koniec – "apartament" okazał się sutereną bez dostępu do naturalnego światła. Było tak ciemno, że trudno było zorientować się, czy jest dzień, czy noc. Kołdra była "żółta" a narzuta wyglądała jakby była z lat 90 i miała nieprzyjemny zapach, a ręczniki wyglądały na niedoprane. Kuchnia? Nie do użytku. Brud i syf wszędzie, tłuste plamy, brudne naczynia – jakby nikt ich nigdy nie umył. Brak płynu do mycia naczyń. Zdjęcia w ogłoszeniu kompletnie nie oddają rzeczywistości. To miejsce to totalna porażka. Właściciel kompletnie nie interesuje się stanem tego "apartamentu" i po przekazaniu zdjęć nie widział żadnego problemu. Na pewno nie polecam tego miejsca nikomu – szkoda nerwów i pieniędzy. Będziemy dochodzili zwrotu co najmniej połowy kosztów pobytu, jeśli trzeba – w sądzie. Tragedia.
