A couple with a dog

Sooo sweet place :) petfriendly, air conditioning, nice hosts (one of them speeks Hun). We loved the seating area in front of the hotel and the breakfast place. Recommended to have a lunch in their restaurant. Human and dog beach is close (5-10minutes). Renting a bike is included, nice to use to see the city of Grado by bike. Quiet, relaxed area of Grado. Ideal with dog, child because the see is very shalow.

Great deal for basic hotel near the beach and pineta

Very quiet green residential neighbourhood near the beach. Nice garden. We loved that bikes were included with the room fee. Staff was really kind. The price was unbeatable

Mostly is was dirty- we found hair and lashes in our bed and blankets. The balcony was also dirty. It was a cold weekend and the room was too- luckily we managed to heat it a bit with the AC. The bathroom is very basic- no hangers, no shelves, no plugs and even no toilet paper when we first arrived....

Superb

We had a fantastic stay in Adriaco and could only recommend. Location is perfect, quiet and peacefull but for those who likes "nightlife" this is just around the corner. Equipment fully corresponds with pictures and is absolutely ok. Cleanliness all over the hotel was amazing. Breakfast is rich and very tasty, parking in the hotel complex is huge benefit. The owner of the hotel Ms. Sara is a wonderful person, who is running the hotel with lots of care and satisfaction of her guests is her priority no. 1., she helped us with everything we needed during our stay. For us was everything absolutely excellent.

Extremely friendly and sincere staff, honestly trying to make everything work smoothly and very enjoyable. Also, there was a big fleet of bicycles available for free at all times, it was wonderful exploring the island by bicycle. Wonderful breakfast buffet served right to your table by charming staff members who were educated to converse in multiple languages, Spanish, English, German and French. Bathrooms were upgraded to the newest fancy standard. Every room had individual air conditioning and satellite TV with loads of channels. You could darken the room completely with shutters, for a deeper sleep experience. The hosts were very accommodating- if you wanted a late night drink, they had it right there. An extra bucket of ice? No problem. Information about local restaurants and pools? The next ferry to Triest? You just need to ask and you will be helped.

Exclusive approach

The hotel felt like we’d expected it to. What was different and rare to find was the staff approach. They ocercame our expectations with regards to facilities and time of stay and same extra needs. The staff lok for solutions instead of following stiff procedures. We strongly reccommend it to anyone who wants to spend some good time at the beach flawlessly.

Kedves, családias hely, nagyon segítőkész személyzettel. Az ingyenesen használható biciklik nagyon megkönnyítették a környék bejárását. A tengerpart nagyon közel volt. Pineta hangulata nagyon egyedülálló, Grado pedig csodálatos város!

Uralt und kaputt. Wände mit Moskitoflecken, Möbel verlieren überall Farbe und Ecken, Waschbecken rinnt unten am Boden, es gibt nicht mal einen Stöpsel sodass man Wäsche waschen könnte, Fliesen kaputt, 1 Nachmittag ging die Klimaanlage nicht, usw..... Frühstück sehr mager, minimal ausgestattet und billig angerichtet. Das ganze ist definitiv ein 1 Sterne Hotel

Das waren angenehme drei Tage im Grado.

Es ist ein einfaches aber angenehmes Hotel. Die Lage ist schön, weil es in einer relativ ruhigen Nebenstraße liegt und der Weg zum Strand nicht weit ist. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit! Und das Frühstücksbuffet war gut!

Die Dusche war sehr eng, was das Duschen mit dem Duschvorhang sehr unangenehm gemacht hat.

Das Frühstück war gut, die Lage des Zimmers war gut. Leider war das Zimmer im 2. Stock ohne Lift und ich bin gehbehindert.
