Its ok :)

Great breakfast, amazing staff, quiet location, nice view outside the window We asked to wash our clothes, which they did at the same day and brought to our room, it cost 25€ per 6kg

The room doesn't fit exactly to the pictures, it was smaller and different The bathroom was weird, heavily made to accommodate disabled people, but made me feel like i was one too The location is kinda far from the city, about 20 minutes by bus, no tram or metro, but that's not to blame the hotel

A lovely hotel, great location and good quality brekfast

I liked the out of town location and ease of parking. Upon arrival we were given free bus passes which was a really nice touch. The hotel was quiet and it was also warm and welcoming. The room was fine, great shower and everything there as expected. The breakfast was also very nice.

The mattress I slept on was uncomfortable and I sank in the middle of it. The heating system is louder than most and not easy/clear to adjust. No staff around at breakfast to refill small container of bacon, take plates away etc.

Not bad, but felt more like a 3* hotel, rather than a 4*.

The hotel issued us with useful free tourist travel cards for use of buses around the city - although we did have to ask for them, instead of the hotel informing us about this on check-in, which would have been better. Location was Ok - bus stop within walking distance takes you into the city. Fresh orange juice at breakfast was good.

At breakfast on the first day, there was just one attendant dealing with about 40 people or more. For a 4 * hotel this seemed unfair as it was obvious that he was rushing and being put under unnecessary pressure. I had to go to reception to request gluten free food, and got some gluten free bread. During our stay, at no time during the breakfast morning did anyone come to check if everything was OK, and again if I wanted assistance I usually had to walk to reception as the lack of breakfast staff meant there never seemed to be anyone around. Breakfast meal was OK, but more variety for a hot meal (just eggs) was a bit disappointing. On the first night we noticed that the soap dispensers for the shower and the bathroom were empty, although this was rectified.

Location was very close to city centre, a short bus ride and buses in Austria are way better than buses in the uk!

Other than receptionist on check-in, not friendly. Staff disinterested...no replies to Guten Morgen etc. Bath towels small. No instructions room air condiotioning, which was warm..and switching it off was not straightforward.

Lovely welcome. Good, clean, standard room. Excellent breakfast. Easy transport link into town on no5 bus. Restaurant food was good and not too expensive. Very helpful staff. Easy parking. Surprising peaceful cemetery behind, which is interesting to walk through. Consider Salzburg Card if staying 1-2days

You have to travel into town (but we actually enjoyed this!) It is beside a busy road. Our room was to the side, so the noise didn't bother us, even with the windows open.

Pleasant enough but would not stay there again

Didn’t have breakfast, quite expensive. Staff were friendly, not always at the reception but came once called Kept our bag a little longer

We like teas, having travelled early morning it would have been good they had given us a kettle. Instead I had to go down for hot water, and spoons We had our own tea bags, thankfully The centre was rather far and had to take bus to it They never recommended what to see or where to eat

Comfortable but a little pricy with it's location

Overall the staff is okey with speaking English and willing to help. The house keeper's service was not the best but her attitude is really nice.

1. Room is not fully clean. Dust on the platform. 2. We had the room in the corner at the end of the hallway and it's quit small 3. During check in, the front desk could't find our reservation and kinda lost patient on us. But... this wasn't our fault as I understand because we had the confirmation from booking.com. 4. You have to rent a car or call taxi if you stay here cause it's a little bit far from the town

Im not recommended this hotel for any family staying , bad experience

Location is 10 minutes away from city center and close to cemetery

The room not cleaned and when they make up the room floor not mopped well due to shortage of housekeepers , AC not functional well its heater, additional to that i booked with underground parking and when i reach them they are saying no vacant parking slots , breakfast buffet spread was very limited not good compared to 4 star hotel
