Perfect location - A quick walk to old town from the hotel. Had a lovely patio area. Lots of parking available.
We were there when the temperatures were over 30 degrees so it was very warm in the bar, lounge and breakfast area. Were not able to spend much time there because it was uncomfortably hot. I assume they don’t have air conditioning in those areas.

Close to the centre and very clean. The beds were comfortable too
The room we had was not a two bedroom apartment as advertised but a bed and sofa bed in one room. It was also right by the delivery area so we were woken very early by constant beeping from the delivery vehicle. The room was also not ready at the check in time either.

The hotel is in the perfect location. It is spotlessly clean and very comfortable and inviting. The perfect place to return to after a wonderful day's sightseeing. Staff were exceptional without exception and we will return for sure. In particular we would like to thank Eva who could not have been more helpful.
There was nothing at all to dislike.

Location
Cleanliness could have been better, our washroom was dirty when we checked in. Rooms were small. Requested that our two rooms be next to each other but we didn’t get that. I don’t get the doors between corridors on the same level. Closing of the doors is too loud. This hotel is too expensive for what it is.
