Nice garden and Livio was very polite and helpful.
The room has a heavy humidity smell, it’s not noise or heat insulated at all. There is a road, next to the property and the cars or even worse the motorcycles felt they were going thru the room. The breakfast is not something worth mentioning, it better if you go to any cafe and with 3/5 Euro you have a better one.

Livio was a fantastic host - he offered to pick me up from the train station on arrival, and dropped me back there on my departure day. And was full of helpful information about where to go and what to see. Stefania (housekeeping) was lovely. Both of them were so hospitable, friendly, generous and great English (which made up for my poor Italian). The Garden was beautiful! Breakfast was easy - even treated to fresh croissants some mornings. Great location - close enough to the Walled City, but suburban enough that you feel like a local.
Slight walk (mostly on the road, not foot-pathed) to the closest grocery shop and bus stop, but nothing too strenuous.
