Daniele Lorenzo, owner, is a great host, communicator and a very interesting person to talk to. We met him in the morning, and served us breakfast. The room is simple but comfortable. Although on a busy road, the 3-pane windows provided a good sound proofing. Daniele gave us useful information about Lucca, nearby beaches and Pisa.

Basic but extremely clean and convenient guesthouse. Very convenient bus ride or cycle to historical centre of Lucca. Really tasty breakfast. Staff were absolutely lovely. Thank you.
