In una posizione comoda per raggiungere rapidamente il centro di Lucca. Personale disponibile e cortese. Possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto nel cortile interno (2 posti), ma c'è anche la possibilità di parcheggiare appena fuori lungo la strada.
Colazione semplice con prodotti confezionati. Nella stanza manca una presa shuko e il televisore si trova in una posizione dove dal letto la vista dello schermo era parzialmente ostruita dall'armadio.

Camera bella e pulita, unica cosa l'aria condizionata non c'è in tutte le camere. Buona la colazione e a circa 2 km dal centro di Lucca, noi abbiamo ripreso la macchina e parcheggiato vicino alle mura, ma volendo si fa anche a piedi, ci sono stati dati dei buoni consigli per dove andare a mangiare e dove parcheggiare, oltretutto siamo arrivati prima delle 16.30, che è orario di check in, abbiamo chiamato e la titolare è arrivata un'ora prima per permetterci di usufruire subito delle stanze

Όπως σε όλη την Ιταλία τα καταλύματα είναι όχι όπως τα έχουμε συνηθίσει στην Ελλάδα. Το συγκεκριμένο μάλιστα σε υπερβολικό βαθμό. Το πρώτο βράδυ ο ιδιοκτήτης μας άφησε «κατά λαθος» κλειδιά για δωμάτιο χωρίς κλιματισμό εν μέσω καλοκαιριού.
