Perfect for a ski trip

The staff were very nice and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and the ski bus made it so easy to ski! The breakfast and dinner were amazing, we even watched Winter Olympics after dinner. Definitely recommended!

Definitely worth the money

We stayed just one night, and everything was great. The cleaning was really gut, and am besten was the breakfast — fresh and delicious. The staff-less reception also worked without any problems, making check-in easy and smooth. A very pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

Refreshing stay

It was our second time in this hotel and it was as good as it was last time. Amazing place to relax. The location is in the middle of the mountains and it’s so interesting to observe surroundings. The hotel is not pretty close to the city center, probably 30 minutes by foot, but I really recommend to take the walk once, it’s a beautiful journey by a popular hiking path. Moreover there was a bus that stops almost near the hotel. And it was super convenient and fast. Hotel provides you with a card that gives you 50% of discount of the bus (And good deals for other spots too) Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and food were delicious. I think we will revisit this place once more, because this is a place of fulfillment and energy.

Unfortunately the bed was awful for sleeping. For breakfast we got yoghurt that was expired... We are both vegetarian and asked for a vegetarian breakfast, but we received meat... Overall I would definitely not recommend the hotel.

Relaxing week hidden in the valley.

A very cosy hotel with a picturesque location and worth mentioning, always helpful and smiling staff. Without luxurious amenities, for those looking for ones, but meeting all the expectations of tourists focused on active recreation - skiing, running and mountain hiking. One of the biggest surprises is undoubtedly the delicious menu served in the hotel´s restaurant, throughout the week we sticked to it in the evenings, visiting the Bad Gastein village only during the day.

Nothing really to point at, just be aware that in the evenings wi-fi network might be loaded (and thus slower). In case you have any business-related plans/needs for this time of the day, equip yourself with some data.

Exceptional breakfast - I even regretted that we could stay only night. Room is clean, very big balcony with a view of mountain creek. Particularly comfortable beds, it was very quiet in our room despite many guests, my kids slept like roses. Just outside the hotel there is a beautiful hiking track along the creek/river. There was a very warm welcome, someone from the staff drew us a plan of the best walking path considering little time we could spend hiking.

Amazing View, Delicious broad range of breakfast

The view is amazing from the room I stayed, 1st floor room 17. it’s easy to reach by car, best part is their fresh breakfast buffet! We also tried dinner, delicious, they staffs were very polite and helpful.

It is right there close to the downtown by promenade path and 2 mountain lifts,the other you can reach in 15min by car. We stayed with our dog. We will be always happy to come back, beautiful landscape and spa together. You feel almost Karlovy Vary...fresh tap Pilsner Urquell... Possibilities of various activities... Just only view from balcony is simply gorgeous....

Terrible stay and not good vibes

The mattress was good, the interior were new, the cleaniness was ok.

We had a rooftop room, we hit the ceiling many many times with our heads, it was very uncomfortable. There was only one small window. The room was very dark. There was a smell in the bathroom. The WIFI was unusable. The soap dispenser was not working, because they watered the soap. The staff was Czech and very unfriendly: they were complaining at the check-in we were 30 min earlier. The breakfast was disastrous, could be even served multiple times over days without proper cooling, it looked unhygienic. In the end we received a 3 times overpriced invoice, I started to complain and we got the proper one afterwards. When they asked if everything was all right, I told them no: they said what do I want when it was booked over booking. That is discriminating against booking. We never ever plan to go back there.

Delicious breakfast, only the coffee being less-than-perfect. The personnel is welcoming, helpful. Special thanks to Teresa, who was extremely kind.
