Das Frühstück war vom feinsten, es gab alles was der Mensch eben braucht .Die 2 Mädels sowie der junge Mann im Service erfüllten ihre Arbeit mit viel Freundlichkeit und gaben Ihr bestes. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder einen Urlaub im Hotel Stubnerhof machen. Das Abendessen war sehr lecker, und vor allen die Nachspeisen sehr groß. Also auf zu neuen Ufern und viel Glück für alle Zeit

Schrecklicher CheckIn und Zahlungsprozess

Zimmer waren okay

Schrecklicher Check In Prozess bei dem Zahlungsaufforderungen versendet werden bei denen zum Teil schon das Zahlungsziel abgelaufen ist. Ziel ist es offenbar, Personal zu sparen um keine Rezeption betreiben zu müssen. Der Gipfel war, dass dann trotzdem noch die hinterlegte Kreditkarte belastet wurde, sodass der Aufenthalt nun doppelt bezahlt ist. Eine Reaktion darauf gab es von Seiten des Hotels zunächst nicht. Erst als ich selbst aktiv wurde, wurde mir versprochen, eine der Zahlungen "umgehend zurückzusenden". Stand heute (nach 10 Tagen!) ist allerdings nichts angekommen. Daher wohl ein Fall für eine Anzeige/Anwalt

Zur Unpersönlichkeit totgespart

Zimmer sind sauber, das anzutreffende Personal war freundlich und bemüht. Großes Frühstücksbuffet.

Aufgrund von self-check-in gibt es keine persönliche Begrüßung, das ermöglicht zwar mehr Flexibilität bei später Anreise, aber wir fanden es unpersönlich (bei nicht Durchführung des self-check-in werden 10€ verrechnet). Keine Informationen am Zimmer oder in der self-check-in App. Auf der Homepage des Restaurants wird al a carte Abendessen im hauseigenen Restaurant angeboten, was in Wirklichkeit aus einem Menü mit zwei wählbaren Hauptspeisen besteht. Das Abendessen und das Frühstück haben uns nicht geschmeckt. Personal konnte kein Deutsch, im Hotel wird Englisch gesprochen. In kurzer Fahrzeit erreichbar, aber doch abgelegen vom Ortskern.

Frühstück war wirklich sehr,sehr gut. Reichliche Auswahl und alles frisch. Lage etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, aber sehr schön und gemütlich. Jederzeit wieder!!!

Für eine Nacht war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung.

Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen, das Bett war bequem und das System mit dem PIN-Code hat gut funktioniert. Parken war kein Problem.

Die Zimmer sind rein zweckmäßig eingerichtet, das Personal ist entweder nicht anwesend oder sehr unfreundlich. Im Zimmer lag das falsche W-LAN Passwort aus.

Refreshing stay

It was our second time in this hotel and it was as good as it was last time. Amazing place to relax. The location is in the middle of the mountains and it’s so interesting to observe surroundings. The hotel is not pretty close to the city center, probably 30 minutes by foot, but I really recommend to take the walk once, it’s a beautiful journey by a popular hiking path. Moreover there was a bus that stops almost near the hotel. And it was super convenient and fast. Hotel provides you with a card that gives you 50% of discount of the bus (And good deals for other spots too) Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and food were delicious. I think we will revisit this place once more, because this is a place of fulfillment and energy.

Unfortunately the bed was awful for sleeping. For breakfast we got yoghurt that was expired... We are both vegetarian and asked for a vegetarian breakfast, but we received meat... Overall I would definitely not recommend the hotel.

Relaxing week hidden in the valley.

A very cosy hotel with a picturesque location and worth mentioning, always helpful and smiling staff. Without luxurious amenities, for those looking for ones, but meeting all the expectations of tourists focused on active recreation - skiing, running and mountain hiking. One of the biggest surprises is undoubtedly the delicious menu served in the hotel´s restaurant, throughout the week we sticked to it in the evenings, visiting the Bad Gastein village only during the day.

Nothing really to point at, just be aware that in the evenings wi-fi network might be loaded (and thus slower). In case you have any business-related plans/needs for this time of the day, equip yourself with some data.

Exceptional breakfast - I even regretted that we could stay only night. Room is clean, very big balcony with a view of mountain creek. Particularly comfortable beds, it was very quiet in our room despite many guests, my kids slept like roses. Just outside the hotel there is a beautiful hiking track along the creek/river. There was a very warm welcome, someone from the staff drew us a plan of the best walking path considering little time we could spend hiking.

Amazing View, Delicious broad range of breakfast

The view is amazing from the room I stayed, 1st floor room 17. it’s easy to reach by car, best part is their fresh breakfast buffet! We also tried dinner, delicious, they staffs were very polite and helpful.
