Brilliant location, dreadfully worn out and awful food.

Location is amazing and staff are lovely and understanding.

The place is falling apart. You can’t go to the bar without a booking even if you’re staying at the hotel. The food is dreadful. This is not a 5 star but a 3 at best. I also wish i could upload more photos of the room that’s in a state…

Attentive staff, awesome food and great position

Staff was absolutely great everywhere. Reception, bar, restaurant... Super kind, attentive with us and out 2 years old. Food was incredible. Both bar and restaurant had extremely good food for lunch and dinner and the breakfast had a very wide choice of tasty options. The position is perfect, right in the middle of the main street, but still easy to move around.

I've read in other reviews and I can confirm that, while the rooms are kind of soundproof between themselves, you can totally hear the noise of the water flowing in the walls when someone in an upper floor makes the shower or uses the sink. Maybe it's a specific of the room I had but it's there. Also the rooms would benefit from a refreshing in term of style.

A peaceful, comfortable and joyful experience

Location, location, location. Prestigious building and glamorous entrance, reception but above all the lounge bar, bistro and dining room with great views of the mountains. The staff were the epitome of why we love Italy - it’s people.

The spa experience was not what we were hoping for. Lots of paperwork and an odd configuration.

Beautiful lobby and friendly staff.

Overpriced fancy hotel with no air conditioning. Not even in the tiny gym. Breakfast is ok for 3 stars hotel. The spa is minimal.

Enjoyable stay but not worth the price unfortunately, could easily find cheaper options with the same facilities.

central location, very comfortable bed, nice staff (albeit sometimes too many staff around and it felt awkward sometimes being stared at).

Breakfast was nice but could be a little clearer on the options that are available as well as the buffet. ie getting scrambled eggs.

Luxury hotel for a very relaxing weekend in the mountains

Wonderful hotel with great facilities. The breakfast was fantastic, the location right in the old part of the town was great. We loved the bar and also the outdoor pool.

Great stay in a beautiful hotel and village. We’ll be back at winter time and enjoy a meal in the restaurant.

A great hotel with happy and friendly staff. The reception staff in particular were always smiling.

Breakfast was excellent and the main bar was warm and friendly. Possibly a few more regular beer options would have been good, but on the whole all very good. The swimming pool and sauna was great fun and very useful after a day skiing. To my eternal shame as an Englishman I could only speak English, but the reception staff in particular were happy to speak in English and they never made me fee bad about it !! Great recruitment policy clearly !!

Lovely comfortable, great staff and lovely hotel. 4th stay for me.

Room and hotel generally very comfortable. Staff very helpful and courteous.

As an English person a cup of breakfast tea is important 😀 we drink our tea with cold milk. It would be good if it was served with milk. I love swimming in the pool after skiing. We had great weather but it was very cold in the day and the pool wasn’t warm enough. I have stayed in the hotel 3 times before so I know it can be more enjoyable.
