Beautiful and traditional, all the staff members were very helpful and friendly. We loved our stay. Great value for money.

Good hotel made great by the staff and owners.

The hotel is a 3 minute walk from the town centre and they run a very efficient shuttle bus service to the cable car for skiing, it’s very comfortable and welcoming, log fire in the lounge where you’re surrounded by Alpine decor. All the staff were friendly, very welcoming and efficient.

A wonderful, cozy place with amazing people, great coffee, and a perfect location.

The owners were extremely kind and welcoming from the first day and explained everything important for a ski holiday. The hotel staff were very friendly, and it felt like you had known them all your life. The coffee at breakfast was absolutely delicious. The location is perfect, very close to everything you need, and the rooms are comfortable.

Hotel staff was amazing! Felt like family. The hotel was conveniently located near all the restaurants and bus stop. They offer van shuttles to and from the mountain. Breakfast was delicious and the service was so nice and fast. Patrizzia is one the nicest woman and is so helpful with explaining where everything is in Courmayeur.

Exactly what a family run hotel should be like

Nice and calm family run hotel with comfortable beds, bedding and all the amenities one may need. We were there for a ski trip so enjoyed the free shuttle to the lifts, the ski room and the sauna and steam room in the evenings. Will definitely stay there again when visiting Courmayeur.

Breakfast was very nicely laid out but there was something missing to it. They had amazing local cakes but I missed a few more savoury options such as vegetables and whole breads to cut (instead they offer a wide selection of pre-cut small pieces which feels wasteful). The sauna is great but small in size so can be quickly monopolised by a large group.

Excellent hotel with everything you could want.

The service was amazing and the facilities are perfect. A family run hotel. Patrizia, Andrea and Simone do everything in their power to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Definitely the best stay I’ve had in the alps. It’s a short walk from the town centre, close to everything you need. The ski storage is excellent and you also have a fully kitted work bench to make any adjustments to your skis. Giuseppe is ready at all times to take you to the ski lift and pick you up when you’re done like a private chauffeur. The Sauna and steam room are clean and great after a day on the mountain. The breakfast were excellent and you have a great variety of healthy, savory and sweet options with excellent service from the breakfast ladies. The rooms were clean, spacious and cozy with excellent views and all amenities you might need. The attention to detail is extremely evident in this hotel and the passion and love that the family have for this hotel really shines through!

Great breakfast, attention to details, spacious room, perfect location

Beautiful spacious room with a bathtub — little drying rack for clothes in balcony perfect for hikers. Big plush robes, huge towels, so comfy. Exceptionally friendly and competent staff. Top quality breakfast. We also stayed one night at a property next door that was fine and same price but a step down in terms of quality of details, amenities etc.

Only improvement would be to provide hair conditioner — I don’t understand how this is not yet a standard item other than the industry seems oddly sexist in providing toiletries that work only for people with short hair.

This is a great family run hotel with a very friendly staff. They also make a great Negroni in the Petit Bar.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived, our bags had not been delivered by Taxi Mont Blanc. Calls were made, and the bags were delivered within 20 minutes.

A really comfortable, warm and friendly place, perfect for a ski holiday.

Everything about this property is lovely - comfortable and clean rooms, great shower, amazing breakfast and a lovely comfortable lounge/bar area. The staff even set me up a separate WiFi line for a meeting I had to take.

Well located hotel with great staff

The hotel is well located for the village, and they have a shuttle service for the ski lifts which is great and surprising for a 3 star hotel. The decor is cute chalet style. The bedroom was clean and has a good size. The breakfast is great and varied. And every single person working there is super kind.

Fantastic hotel with great staff, food and outdoor seating

The hotel is located in a fantastic location next to the bus terminal. It is clean and the staff is fantastic. There is an outdoor patio in which you can enjoy drinks and enjoy the setting. Breakfast is fantastic with a very large selection.

The only issue we had is that the elevator is a little on the small side. The hotel is a bit difficult to find the first time but after that the location is great.

We choose this hotel for a rest day during TMB and were not disappointed. We met a very nice and warm owner and their staff. Our room was really big, with a lot of space, we also had a good view from our window
