Best place to stay in Courmayeur for family

Everything about this place makes your trip worthwhile, the warm welcome by the hosts, the friendly staff, the design and architect of the chalets and hotel, the facilities, indoor pool and spa, the restaurants, and off course the service. And when requested for Halal breakfast, not only they adhered to our request, they went all out to buy new cooking pans, utensils, plates and cups, and everything you need for a Halal meal. Honestly, we have not experienced such hospitality before, it truly wowed us. The Chalet is very spacious, decorative, cozy, comfortable, and fully equipped, Also its very convenient for family at it has 2 stories, so the parents can enjoy a nice quiet night by the fire place.

There is a rude and aggressive staff.

Except for one person, the rest try to be friendly.

We booked for 4 people, but as soon as we entered the property, an old lady at the reception aggressively shouted at us, asking how many people we were supposed to be. She falsely claimed that the reservation was only for 2 people, so I had to show her my Booking.com reservation page with my hands literally shaking. We arrived a bit early, and when we politely apologized and explained that we had arrived slightly ahead of time, she bluntly told us that we absolutely could not be accommodated and ordered us to leave. Is this racism? Her attitude — clearly looking for a fight with guests — was astonishing. Because of her, my entire travel schedule was ruined.

The most amazing place to stay to rest and relax after hiking. We wish we stayed longer!

Wow, this place is just amazing. Staff are so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The WhatsApp service to contact reception is great for anything you need. The spa facilities were 10/10 with a great view from the pool. We both had a massage and it was amazing. The room was just incredible. We had dinner ordered to our room, and staff had kindly set up a table outside our room on our terrace so we got to enjoy dinner with a great view. We throughly enjoyed our stay here!

Perfect place for a cosy holiday in front of the Mont Blanc

Our stay at Au Coeur des Neiges was simply perfect, from the kindness of the staff to the quality of the services (the SPA and swimming pool are excellent, the restaurant serves simple but yet very nice food and wine) and the huge chalet which had 2 bedrooms and a very nice leaving room and terrace.

We only stayed 2 nights. We'll come back for sure and for a longer stay hopefully.

This is an Incredible Resort!

The hotel was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve stayed at many grand, expensive resorts/hotels. But none had the attention to detail and customer service that Au Coeur Des Neiges has. Incredible staff. Just a phenomenal experience. Every room scented to perfection. Every shelf or nook decorated beautifully. Amazing place.

A magic place! Has its soul. Very professional staff, beautiful, stylish chalet. Travelling with a 9 months old baby is not easy but here I’ve experienced the first time a kind of care as a parent should expect. I never had to wait long for any request. I’ve been many many hotels/accomodations in my life, but this place is really remarkable! Thank you for this amazing weekend!

Absolutely phenomenal place, atmosphere and staff. 5 star treatment fit for a queen!

We took the loft which was beautiful and warm and very spacious, 2 bathrooms and one with a jacuzzi bathtub. The peppermint shampoo was wonderful. Everything was clean all the time, the cleaning staff were very efficient and thorough. The small touches like the fire wood outside the door and the fireplace were lovely, and even this was cleaned everyday. All the staff were lovely and friendly especially the front desk and waiters. The chef made the most amazing apple cake and different cakes for breakfast everyday. In the evening they would give us complimentary biscuits delivered right to the door. The front desk were very helpful with information about ski instructors, you can also purchase ski passes from them. They were always available through watsapp, even when we were looking for restaurants, they answered right away with a list of recommendations. I appreciated that they offered to valet park our car to the free parking space instead of charging us for hotel parking. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from town where all the restaurants are (just make sure u don’t take a wrong turn on the small roads otherwise it turns into a 2 hour hike) The cable car is a two minute walk from the hotel which is very convenient to make use of your ski day, moreover there’s a ski rental shop just in-front of the cable car, so you don’t have to carry your skis far (it is slightly more expensive than the other ski rental places but the difference is 10-12 euros extra and you’re paying for convenience). The ski rental shop on the slope is cheap but they close at 4:30 pm. The swimming pool and spa is a wooden lodge with glass windows top to bottom, after a day of skiing, there’s nothing better than relaxing in a warm pool with a front row view of the mountain. Even after we checked out we were allowed to come back from the slopes and use their facilities. Truly five star treatment and accommodation.

Magnifico

Lo chalet che abbiamo preso bellissimo e spazioso; Letti confortevoli; Bagni moderni e completi. Spa molto bella con grande piscina , Sauna, Bagno Turco e sala rilassante. Non abbiamo provato massaggi e cure. Colazione ottima con possibilità di ordinare in cucina omlettes, uova strapazzate con bacon, cappuccini anche con latte di avena etc.. Una sera siamo restati a cena per una ottima ed abbondante fonduta.
