Hotel Triolet is superbly located. 2 mins walk to the primary lift up to the Courmayeur skifield. Supermarket two doors away and easy flat walk to the main pedestrian shopping and dining street. Wonderful friendly and helpful staff with quick comms prior to arrival. Parking is on site and under cover, at a small cost. Rooms warm and comfortable and met expectations.

If you are looking for a quiet place that is clean, quiet and walking distance to main square, I would highly recommend. The host is very warm and welcoming. I really enjoyed the breakfast.

The cutest, coziest and friendliest place in Courmayeur.

Thomas the concierge/manager was so friendly and helpful it made the experience so memorable and welcoming. He gave us lots of tips on where to go and how fast to drive in the tunnel and even made us breakfast at 4am so we had a great start to our long drive. We really enjoyed the stay there, but it was a little warm because there is no AC and it was hot (and July). We would go back just to see Thomas.

Lack of AC and the street below was a little loud when all the windows were open.

A lot to say, hotel is in a perfect location, central one, it has very comfy reception and adorable doorman plus reception lady, who explained us the places to see and specially how to get up on Mont Blanc. The hotel has very lovely garden, you can take drinks from the hotel bar and enjoy w view,(top breakfast time w lots of delicious sweets and diffrent salty tarts)you can see the main mountain in front, the room was very clean and lovely, amenities for the first night stay were included,bathroom w 2set of towels for each+hairdryer, bedroom, tv and balcony. cleaning ladies and lady on breakfast were too much gentle and kind.Door man stays 24hours on reception so you can be back also late night.Enormous parking space under for 6euros gave us possibility to park our motorbike , it was very helpful cause of rain.I will definately be back , hope in winter, thanks a lot

horrible bug bites issue that they never admit nor fix

I stayed at room 303 for one evening. I woke up to many itchy bites on my arm and hand thinking they were mosquito bites, but then after a day I realized they were bed bugs bites. I sent the photo to the hotel explaining the situation, and considering it's travel season such things could happen, and I encouraged the hotel to check the bed in case they are indeed bedbug issues. After one message from them trying to convince me these were mosquitos (again, they are not. There were 25 bites on one arm, and I never had such a painful experience ever), they stopped responding to my messages. No apology, no refund, no follow up, nothing. This is not acceptable level of service for a hotel. I still have the evidence of bug bites on my hand, but to not disturb people i will not share here.
