Thé rule that on the day you check out you need to check if they have space in the spa for you, plus pay 40 euro per person to stay in the spa. I have never seen this model.

One of the best customer service I had in a hotel.

I loved the way the staff made sure I was picked up in Chamonix where I was arriving at the middle of the night and I couldnt find transportation to travel further to Courmayeur where the hotel is located. I will never forget the utter appreciation I had for the way the hotel took care of me at the middle of the night.

An excellent stay at this beautiful place with such nice indoor and outdoor pool!

We were here for only one night, but the comfort of the hotel, the room, the cleanness of everything and the breakfast was just gorgeous. Thankful that we used the spa zone - it was excellent! Grazie Mille!

Relaxing Place

the spa was fantastic, good location, nice and comfortable rooms.

the restaurant was disappointing. service was very long and we had raw chicken that we had to send back - meaning that we ate in parallel of each other and not together. we had to negotiate to get a free drink at the bar in return - would have expected this type of establishment to offer without having to ask for compensation. The food was good though.

Breathtaking views and Mountain Air

Hotel set in a beautiful location just below Mont Blanc. Great outdoor heated swimming pool. Views fabulous. Restaurant food very good as was breakfast. The main town is an approximate 600 metre walk away. Plenty of parking as street and underground garage parking. Hotel extreoclean and staff very helpful.

The road at the back of the Hotel was noisy. No air conditioning in rooms.

breakfast was okay, but hard with all covid rules to get the food you wanted and took a long time garage was good

overall the hotel felt a bit worn out. also quite far away from everything. the sauna didnt have water to throw on the rocks, the spa didnt have any showers, no time slots for massage the room: the room pool was too cold to spend much time in. the air was really bad in the room, also bed not comfy. couldnt get the tv working.

Hot food was served cold. The service was generally very unfriendly. Bread, pastries, etc. were dry. We didn't use the spa or pool.
