Looks great and comfortable. The staff were very friendly.

Location was good and there was about 300 m walk to the centre. Rooms were very cozy, just what you would expect in a traditional hotel in the alps. The spa area was superb and a nice place to relax after a day in the outdoors. Hotel staff were very helpful with everything. Breakfast was good also and you could eat it on the balcony watching the mountains.

It seemed that the air conditioning in our room was not working. Without that I would've given an overall 9 instead of 8.

Great location, close to the main attractions. The chalet is beautiful, and amenities are nice. We had dinner twice at the restaurant and the food is delicious. Staff is very kind and supportive.

I was expecting more variety of food in the breakfast, but overall it was good.

SPA open only in the afternoon 😏. Rooms are old, and not really 4 star.

Did the trick! Close to gondola with fantastic shuttle service. Room was small but cute and clean. There is a nice common area with fireplace.

The spa has an overwhelming mildew smell so we didn't use any of the facilities, which was a disappointment. The breakfast also could be improved with better quality items. Quite expensive overall.

Hotel very warm and cosy! Chalet style, lots of wood, gorgeous lounge / bar / fireplace. Spa small but nice - hot tub could be bigger / more of them, one small one inadequate at busy times. Breakfast lovely choice, good quality. Andre driver taking you to and from lifts - amazing! Staff good overall.

Hot tub too small / need more of them. Some of staff (Restaurant) abrupt and bit snappy. Could do with some politeness training.

Very nice breakfast and enjoyed the little spa area - helpful and nice staff. If you order a drink it comes with free snacks.

It was a bit hot and stuffy in the room at night (in august) but otherwise very comfortable

exceptional amazing. staff are so sweat and friendly . we arrive late at night and Google map direct us by mistake to wrong address called the hotel they send us the correct location and follow up with us until we arrive safely. amazing Tunisian guy call Mohmd so friendly and Nice .. hotel was cozy beside the river beside all activity at the green weekend day.. rooms are nice wooded style .. breakfast Wes not that great not lots of option ..

The decor was beautiful and cozy with a great view of the valley from the bedroom. The staff were all very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was perfect with local delicacies to try. The spa decor was also really great as well as the lady who came to give us massages.

All in all the stay was great. The spa was great although the jacuzzi needs freshening up slightly (still functioning though). The steam room instructions were not very clear.

The location was good, room had a balcony and Mountain view, they allowed pets (10 euros per day), the breakfast was really good, barman in the lounge bar made me a great Old Fashioned, restaurant was good (could do with more fish, vegetarian options), all the staff were lovely. The shuttle bus to the lifts was really great and much needed.

No water provided in the room. I’m sure they would have given some, I just forgot to ask.

Good location and very efficient hotel shuttle service to and from nearest ski lift , less than 5 mins drive away.Bar/Lounge area is lovely and cosy sofas and cushions, log fire - special thanks to their bartender who made excellent cocktails. Ate in the town most evenings but had a couple of evening meals in the hotel restaurant and highly recommend you give it a try, good menu choice, great food, wine and service. Breakfast well presented and served by lovely helpful staff. Cold options cereals, pastries, fruit , yoghurt , cheese, meats , hot options scrambled eggs and bacon, cheese & ham toastie. We had a two bedroom / two bathroom attic style room, was clean , spacious, decorated in rustic chic ski style. Hotel is located on a main road but you dont hear the cars at all. Only negative I can think of was there was a lovely family with 3 young children in adjoining room who woke up very very early 6am every day , better sound proofing between the rooms would have been appreciated! Would def book again

very comfortable and cosy. charming room with a sunny balcony and a view of the mountains opposite. the sound of the river running below. it was all lovely. and the staff were all so kind and helpful, nothing was a problem for them.
