Nice hotel for a brief stay.

Lovely spacious room and nice view from the balcony. Good breakfast.

Spa was a little outdated and could have done with being cleaned but it was still good to have the facilities available. The balcony wood was splitting so I got a number of splinters.

Great stay in beautiful town

The hotel is basically walking distance from everything. The staff was super helpful and accommodating - gave us a 06:00 breakfast as we were on our longest day of the TMB. We can recommend this hotel.

The suite was great and the staff are all helpful.

The pool area was only open after 3pm and we picked the hotel because it had a pool. My wife is non-skier and so couldn’t use the pool in the mornings.

Excellent location to main cable car up to ski area. Super friendly and helpful staff - cheerful and approachable. We were warmly greeted at reception when we arrived and this carried through to everyone we encountered during our stay. The rooms were a good size, cleaned to a high standard everyday and the evening turn down service was a lovely treat. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had everything we needed. Breakfast was buffet style (hot and cold) with a good selection. The restaurant, where all meals are served offered superb views of the mountains. The swimming pool and spa area were well maintained and of a good size. Perfect wind down to a day on the slopes. Would highly recommend!

Superb

A fantastic warm welcome and the Pavillon. Great location and facilities. We absolutely loved the high quality vintage interior. The upgrade for dinner was incredibly good value - they still operate a silver service and they were so attentive and the food was very good.

We would have preferred to have a "serve yourself" buffet for breakfast.

I liked the courtesy of the staff and the facilities (sauna and swimming pool in particular), the view from the room was great, I enjoyed my stay although it was not long.

Amazing hotel, lovely staff, great food, location perfect.. can't wait to be back!

I fell in love with this place! The staff was so lovely they took care of my diet and prepared a lovely vegan and gluten free meal. There was also an abundance of salads and fruit for dinner and they provided everything I asked for! They took care of the rented equipment so I could just leave it at the hotel! And aswell, they let me use the wellness area even the they of my departure and I could leave my stuff in the room until I didn't depart. Lovely people, I am already planning to be back!

La posizione era ottima e l hotel era accogliente. Lo staff molto gentile.

La spa non mi é piaciuta, é piccola, ci sono due vasche una idromadsaggio con acqua tiepida e tanto cloro, l altra vasca completamente fredda. La colazione era buona ma con poca scelta.

Le prix est exorbitant pour la chambre que nous avons eu. Petite, sombre et vieillotte. Écran plat inexistant et ne fonctionnant pas. 4 étoiles pour 1 établissement aussi vieux c'est indécent !!!
