An amazing experience- friendly staff that looked after us and a warm inviting hotel.

The staff at the Walser are amazing. So friendly and knowledgeable. Eager to assist us in anyway. We enjoyed the breakfasts, large range of options particularly cakes and sweets. The location is an excellent. Close to the bus and a 5 minute walk to the cable car to take you up to the mountain. Also lots of restaurants in close walking distance.

I had an amazing week staying at Hotel Walser. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re welcomed into such a warm, friendly, and genuinely homely environment. It instantly feels relaxed and comfortable, with a really cool atmosphere. Breakfast each morning was fantastic, a great start to the day with plenty of choice and quality. The room was spotlessly clean, well kept, and very comfortable. The bathroom was immaculate and cleaned to perfection every single day by the housekeeping team. The shuttle service to and from the ski resort was seamless and made everything so easy. Honestly, every detail was thought of, and the whole experience was faultless. An amazing stay from start to finish. I can’t wait to come back and stay again. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Walser.

Incredible boutique hotel in Courmayeur

The staff were incredible at this hotel. They accommodated our late arrival, wrote us handwritten notes upon check-in, and always helped us with anything we needed. The location, so close to the main bus hub, was also great for traveling around the entire valley.

This hotel was practically perfect. Perhaps it would have been nice for the hot tub to have been complimentary, but the rental for a private spa experience was also incredible and unique.

Lovely traditional mountain stay

Lovely staff who were extremely accommodating, even when we checked in super late. Hotel is very traditional and very well kept, not dirty or shabby at all.

Bathroom was quite small but not an issue at all.

The staff are so friendly and helpful, great central location, very clean, comfy beds, best buffet breakfast we have had, has a bar, the balcony and view, love the theme in the reception lobby area.

The heating wasn't working so we couldn't dry our wet clothes that we washed on the drying rack or heater. The shower was very small.

Great Stay at Hotel Walser Courmayeur

We had a great summer stay at Hotel Walser! We were scheduled for a late arrival when reception wasn't manned, but received instructions for nicght check-in in advance. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which really made us feel welcome. Relaxed atmosphere and nice bar/relax area The location is very convenient — close to the bus station where the free shuttle runs frequently. Breakfast was generous and varied — a great start before heading into the mountains. Breakfast was another highlight: generous, varied, and a perfect start to the day before heading out into the mountains.

Not a surprise, but be aware that the hotel is close to a trafficked road. Dream of becoming a traffic controller? Get inspired all night long... Also, the room didn’t have air conditioning or fans, so summer nights can get warm.

First visit to Courmayeur, was made great by the friendly hotel and its staff.

Sophia's transfer to main lift each morning was great. Hotel location very good and close to centre. Breakfast very good. Quad rooms were perfect for our group. 3 in one and 2 in the other.

Would have liked to try the Wellness centre but booked for the evenings we were free. Better choice of food for dinner.

the common areas could ooze more warmth and ambience. all is needed is a tweak in lighting and softer furnishing added to what is already there. but the friendliness made up for it in meantime.

Friendly helpful staff who appeared to be very knowledgeable about area and always willing to assist and share knowledge. Good food, with 3 course evening meal and three choices for each course. Room had all the basics, and was well presented.

Nothing really. A snow brush outside at the front door would be a good idea to clean footwear before entering perhaps.

Excellent

Slightly on the edge of town but still only 10 mins walk to the the main lift and high street. Sofia and Luca were always available for transporting us to and from the main ski lift. We booked bed and breakfast but had 3 evening meals in the hotel because the food was very good.

Our group was 11 and nobody had any dislikes. This was a great find, a very very nice hotel and staff.
