Beautiful, cosy hotel

The building was beautiful, view of the mountain, very close to the dolonne lift, lovely cosy rooms/reception to sit and relax after a day of skiing. Staff was super helpful, everyone spoke english, easy to communicate. Coffee, tea, drinks available any time even if the bar was closed. Lovely breakfast!

No kettle in the room

Lovely family hotel

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. One lovely lady provided a kettle upon request. The breakfast was good but could be better, we are normally used to fresh eggs and bacon alongside the cereals and pastries at other Italian hotels.

The coffee wasn't great which is surprising for Italy and the ski room was just a cupboard, not heated or with boot heaters to dry the boots.

A lot to like

Only thing that was annoying is the parking. There was dedicated parking for hotel guests which was mostly occupied by non hotel guests and there was little that could have been done. Shame. But that is Italy. Breakfast was terrible and could have been much much better. But overall great stay.

Perfect for what we wanted, close to the lift and had a nice family run atmosphere to it.

The staff were very helpful, they provided extra pillows when asked and generally were very attentive. Parking was easy, we were very close to the ski lift and it was a good price. What are also fantastic is that I had forgotten a charger with a very specific socket. When I asked reception the nice lady pulled out a box of all sorts of cables and managed to prices the exact cable that I needed. Superb.

The breakfast didn’t have any toast or milk for cereal. It also didn’t have any fried or scrambled eggs. So was pretty basic. But it did the job I guess. Also, we only had one, poor quality pillow. We asked for an additional pillow each, which was provided, but I think a decent quality pillow is important in a hotel.

Great comfortable stay.

The location in a quiet area, (beginning of May) Clean and very friendly staff. I wasn’t originally too happy with the room given. I asked for top floor but when shown the room it didn’t have a balcony and the nice gentleman offered another room with a balcony just not on the very top floor. Kettle was provided on request. It’s a very old building and you feel like being in a castle.

The selection at breakfast could be better. There was no vegetables but otherwise all good and tasty.

stylish medieval stay

the building is amazing! it’s so pretty and stylish. we had a room by the roof and had a small half floor, an antresola, with a bed. the room was small and did not have many facilities but it was very quiet and comfortable

* I was able to check in rather early * The balcony * WiFi worked just fine * There was a table to work with my laptop
