Facilities, location and so on. Everything was perfect! This hotel was the best, very valuable for the charge. Want to stay there again!

Parking lot. You have to park in public, not bad nor inconvenient. Just wish the hotel had it. Other than that, nothing to complain.

It was fantastic, how could it not be. Beautiful place, beautiful town and clean and comfortable room.

Um well I liked everything, but if you take a garage spot you’d better be a good driver. Very tight. I recommend backing in. Also the garage door swings up instead of rolling up so be sure not to park next to it or it will damage your car.

We loved the location in Bacharach and the lovely town of Bacharach, the individual parking garage and the comfortable hotel room. The breakfast was great too. We happen to be there when a Rick Steves group was there as well.

Would stay again but on a lower floor.

We stayed on the triple room. Super spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good. The location can't be better in Bacharach. The views from the room are breathtaking.

The description of the room states that there is no lift in the hotel, I suggest adding what floor each room is at or how many sets of stairs you need to go through to get to the room. That was an unexpected bit of extra cardio every time we wanted to go up. The triple room is the top floor and can get hot if you don't leave the aircon on during the day which is not great for the environment. That said, we did happen to be there during unusually hot days of this year.

Nice and quiet hotel

The room was modern and comfortable. The hotel and the rooms are equipped with air conditioning, which is particularly useful in summer. The hotel is located in the city center and it's close to many restaurants.

The breakfast was quite limited, in particular there weren't many sweet options.

It was a very hot couple of days and the aircon in our top floor room didn’t work very well. We struggled to sleep because of the heat.

Great stay in Bacharach

Great location and breakfast. We had a room on the top floor and it had amazing views.

air conditioning blew hard but only on one spot of the room, so the other side of the room didn’t cool well. We were on the top floor which was the hottest of all the floors so just a heads up -if you don’t mind that then the views on the top floor are great.

Good for a short stay in Bacharach

Nice house with good air conditioning for hot days in summer. Bed very comfortable.

Don’t book a room in the attic that doesn’t have breakfast included as it costs 15€ per person extra which makes it more expensive than a premium room and you have to climb 4 sets of stairs!!

Recepción was not friendly when we arrived and give us not good info about parking ,next day we saw that the hotel owns 6 garage .recepción has to walk 10 m with us to show it what he not did!

I requested to stay an extra night at the hotel due to difficulty finding another room because of a German holiday. the staff got us an extra night in what was obviously an upgraded room! wonderful view and great location. breakfast was included in price and was excellent

Nice hotel in a nice building. The view on the city and hills from the top floor is amazing. Good breakfast. Ok there is no lift, but it is well mentioned, it is also a historical place and the stairs are wide enough.

This hotel, staff, breakfast and rooms made our stay in Bacharach delightful - 20 April 2023.

The room was wonderful, newly renovated (it appeared) and the hotel located in the middle of this quaint town along the Rhein.

Perhaps some people might not like having to walk up stairs. We had no problems and we’re both 70.

This is a very, very old and beautiful building. Right in the heart of Bacharach. It felt like being back in time. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious

what I didn’t like was not something that could be changed. Its a very old building and we had to drag our luggage up a very tight old staircase.

If I were to travel to Bacharach again, we will definitely stay at Hotel am Market Bacharach.

Location could not be better. Looking out the window and stepping out the front door you are transported in a time machine back to the 1400's- it's an awesome experience. This is what vacation is all about! Hotel is literally across the street from Alte Haus. 2 min. walk to Park in front of Rhine where river boats dock. We liked the fact that it was quiet and could get a good night's sleep. Breakfast was outstanding. Service was very good. We drove from Frankfurt airport, and it was easy to find. We pre-arranged parking and had a personal car garage with opener assigned to us upon check in. Individual garages are literally next to the hotel so no lugging around suitcases.

The only negative and it's a little one really is that the shower door leaked a little bit. This happens quite a bit in Europe though due to scissor type shower doors used. Quite minor.
