Small boutique hotel with nice view

The hotel is nicely decorated with nice view from room. The balcony is a plus. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, nice location in the woods

arrived at 7 pm and they didn’t wanted tonserve us food as we didn’t reserved the half board. There were still tables free, but not possible tonorder a dish from the menu. So we went asleep without any food. They didn’t wanted to have a solution for us. Very stubern …

Disappointing

The location was in a beautiful countryside setting. Good walking routes nearby and within close proximity to restaurants, shops and various vineyards. The breakfast buffet was generous and tasty.

The rooms are dated with uncomfortable pillows. There is no aircon, so during the summer months you won’t be able to sleep, we struggled with a lack of cool air in May! The spa facilities are only accessible between check in and check out and for €19 per person per day they’re not worth it. Plus, if you’re staying more than one day, the facilities (saunas and solarium) are all turned off in the morning and afternoon. This was not told to us by the manager on the front desk, so we were very disappointed to pay for a service which we couldn’t use in the morning and at lunch, only in the late afternoon and evening when we were busy. Shame.

Mildly disappointed with the room however spa and food on offer exceeded expectations .

The food on offer onlbeit on an limited menu was excellent. Wine selection was good and not overpriced. Staff in the restaurent and bar were first class. Friendly and knowledgeable.

We were disappointed with the room and its size however considering the length of time we spent in the room the complaint on size could be tempered. There were areas of detail in common areas such as lifts etc that missed the duster or cleaners attention. Finally my partner would have liked an icecream following dinner to be told," hotel did not do ice cream."

Bad

We arrived and were sent to our room even though it hadn’t been cleaned after previous guests - so we had to find a messy room that had sweet wrappers and condoms lying around. The staff weren’t very friendly and told us that if we wanted breakfast we‘d need to tell them immediately, only to then say that all breakfasts had already been booked out. This is not what I expect when paying 160€ for a night. There was also no phone coverage in the hotel room so I was unable to make or receive any calls.

Gemütliches Zimmer und ein ausreichend großer Wellnessbereich. Das Personal war freundlich und das Essen super.

Der Fernseher hätte besser sein können (eventuell Streamingmöglichkeit) und das Internet war leider nicht gut.

rustig gelegen hotel met veel mogelijkheden in de onmiddellijke omgeving

SUPER VRIENDELIJK ontvangen bij aankomst, alle informatie over kamer, restaurant, ontbijt, ook informatie over het Rheingau festival waarvoor ik geboekt had. Eénpersoonskamer meer dan groot genoeg voorzien van alles wat nodig is. Wist niet dat Rüdesheim maar op 10 kilometer van het hotel lag. Ontbijt traditioneel uitgebreid, van alles voorzien. Ook bij het uitchecken een super vriendelijke man

De temperatuur op de kamer. Bij het open doen van de kamer werd ik overvallen door de hitte en ik vond niets van temperatuur regeling of airco. Venster open zetten hielp ook niet veel door de warmte van buiten

Das Frühstück war gut, wir durften nicht in den Speisesaal (schön weiss gedeckt)sondern haben vor dem Speisesaal gesessen sec ohne Tischset. Haben wir so noch nie erlebt. Das Zimmer war sehr sehr warm und konnte nicht gut gelüftet werden über Nacht. Nur gekippt. Flachdach. Aber sonst alles gut

Schöne Lage mitten im Grünen – ideal, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und zu entspannen.

Leider sind die Zimmer nicht klimatisiert (zumindest unseres nicht). An diesem Tag war es sehr warm, was das Schlafen erschwert hat.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage . Bei heißen Wetter ist man gleich im Wald und findet Abkühlung. In ein paar Minuten ist man mit dem Motorrad am Rhein . Wir kommen jedes Jahr zur Magic Bike wieder .

Te warme slaapkamer, en zwemmen bleek niet bij de prijs in te zitten. Ontbijt en gebruik van zwembad kostte zo’n 39pp extra. Diner was vrij kleine portie, maar ik eet gewoon veel 😁
