Great location. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff on front desk just did their job and nothing more. Not very friendly or helpful when we were asking for help seemed disintetested.

Beautiful building. Room was spacious. Bathroom was huge compared to most in German hotels. We are touring different Christmas markets and they have such a lovely market in Rudesheim.
Parking was a little tight but we had a smaller car so we were fine.

Friendly staff, comforatble bed and good evening meal in the restaurant. The breakfast was ok.
If you book via booking.com you must pay €15 for parking which i didn't expect.

Breakfast was typical of European destinations offering many choices, meats and cheeses, lots of bread, jams, cereals and some fruit. We had eggs one morning of three. Hard to get staff's attention for coffee refills. Front desk staff was extremely helpful with train tickets, directions and things to do advice. Great location, walkable to everything.
Our room overlooked the courtyard and the morning crew at 5 am woke us up every morning with metal table set up. The traditional bell tower was enchanting at first... although not on the evenings at 10 pm when we woke up @ 5 am. I called the morning we left the property because I left a leather glasses case when I checked out on the counter ( they found it). I asked to to have it sent to me ( I offered to pay) and they said it could not be sent unless it was within Germany. I have never had a hotel not cooperate to send a personal possession to me.
The lovely courtyard ( with cold metal chairs) was basically shut down for Fall. It could have been made an evening retreat for guests with a firepit, or padded seating when it was colder. This hotel and extra amenities were not worth the extra cost.

Excellent location! Setting within the community is fantastic. Kindness in taking care to have gluten free bread for me!

This is in an amazing area right off the Drosselgasse, and indeed we accidentally became a part of several tours as groups passed us sitting in the courtyard. We were given sparkling wine on check-in (fabulous) and for breakfast (a bit early for us haha). The breakfast was amazing, they made eggs to order and had a variety of buffet items. We unfortunately did not get to sample the restaurant, as it's closed on Thursdays. However, this meant we had a very quiet night except for the clock. Room was large with a big balcony and couch, plus a huge bathroom with full tub. Really an exceptional stay!
There's a tower in the courtyard with bells that rings every hour for about 90 full seconds from 9:30am to 10pm! Didn't bother us, we actually found it amusing, but maybe not ideal for those with infants or early bedtimes.

Room was large and well appointed. Breakfast was very nice and nice change from the typical buffet.

Location in Germany, restaurant and staff were fabulous.
Not sure if it was because we booked with Booking.com but all 3 of our rooms were located in section of Hotel without elevator, difficult for elderly mom and husband who had knee and hip issues. No coffee in rooms.

The outside courtyard was charming and the glass of wine at registration was welcoming.
The room is dated. There was an incident when leaving as we were charged for parking our car. They said it was because we had booked through Booking.com, but our stay included a friend who had booked directly and was also with the rental car package. Direct bookings include car parking. They did not want to honor it, because the car license plate was added to the registration form used by the Booking.com couple. It resulted in an unfriendly departure.

The hotel is nicely located in the charming village. Check in was welcoming and friendly with a glass of sparkling wine. My room was very nice and comfortable. There was a mini fridge which was nice. Breakfast was good. Wi-Fi worked great. I had a car and there was a space for me (at a cost).
I wish there was a kettle for coffee and tea seeing how I was in a separate building. Sadly, the highly rated restaurant was closed on Thursday night.

Always a fantastic stay and exceptional quality with location, rooms, breakfast, which includes their Breuer Sekt, and dinner where we had the best Rose from their family vineyard and, of course Rüdesheimer Kaffee desert. We enjoyed every minute and sang along with the house band too... walking distance to everything and be sure to take Seilbahn and walk down the vineyards and explore Asbacht Uralt brandy, the main ingredient in the special coffee. I highly recommend staying here.....

The hotel’s location is excellent, and the breakfast was delicious.
I was traveling by rental car, and it was quite difficult to reach the hotel. I had to park at a nearby parking lot first, and with the hotel's guidance, I was eventually able to find the correct parking spot.

Clean, great restaurant, good location, parking available, rooms new decor and some have partial river views.
Came a second night on a busy Sunday, all a bit rushed and staff not so friendly this time.

It’s warm welcome by Suzanne Breuer followed by a bright and clean room, a/c and wonderful food and entertainment. Located on a picturesque strasse.
I would not change anything.

General character and comfort. Breakfast was outstanding
We hadn’t realised that there is live music playing until around 11pm in the evening in the courtyard restaurant in the middle of the hotel so it was a bit noisy. Fine if you want a party!

A fantastic old building, but been kept up to date. We had motorbikes and they put them in a garage. Great outside bar and we got a free glass of Champagne on arrival. Very clean and the staff were very nice.
It was all good

Excellent size rooms and bathroom. Very helpful staff for recommendations around town. Lovely sparkling Reisling welcome drink. Comfortable bed, pillow and comforter. Quiet rooms. Restaurant is excellent.
Uncertain from where it was coming but hallway smelled of cigarette smoke and blew into room when door was opened. Would be nice to have separate shampoo from body wash.

I know this property for many years. Family owned and operated, the Breuers stay consistant in their quest to deliver excellent service, especially in the food and beverage department. Their own winery produces award-winning wines, the menues offer innovative combinations with focus on fresh, local and healthy cuisine. The breakfast alone deserves an extra star! The service staff is outstanding, the atmosphere inviting and friendly with excellent musical entertainment.
Can't find anything I dislike.
