I loved every second of my stay here. I travelled here alone and it was my first time navigating by myself in a foreign country. I arrived early because I was worried I’d take a wrong train or something. The train schedule was easy to figure out and the station was less than a ten minute walk away from this hotel. I arrived too early to check in but these lovely people let me leave my luggage in the lobby so that I could go explore without dragging my suitcase with me. I returned still too early for check in but wanting to ask about lunch options, however when I arrived they let me know my room was ready for early check in, and that honestly made my day perfect. Because I was able to check in early, I had enough time to take a nap (international jet lag is no joke), and then I still had time afterward to go explore the town. I returned and had dinner at the hotel and it was DELICIOUS. The best food I had even throughout the remainder of my trip. The complementary breakfast the next morning was also a shock. It was so so good. All the different buffet options and an egg station where someone would prepare your eggs how you requested! I was also concerned about the language barrier, I don’t speak any German whatsoever and was worried I wouldn’t understand everything right. They had plenty of English speaking employees though and they were all so extremely kind and understanding. If I’m ever headed back to Germany I’ll be making another stop to stay here again!

Great place and great location. One major drawback however is the Glockenspiel, on a tower inside the hotel courtyard, that rings for several minutes every hour on the hour from 10 am to 10 pm. You can not only hear it, but feel it in the nearby rooms when it chimes. Can be very annoying for one trying to take a midday nap or who has gone to bed early. (Also, I discovered too late that had I booked directly with the property, the parking would have been free and the taxes reduced.)

Great hotel to stay in esp with the restaurant having live music and being on the drosselgasse. Very nice breakfast too which was included. Loved the German culture expressed with outfits the staff wore.

Nice Hotel. Was a little hard to find but has convenient parking right across the street. Hotel is in an old building but its very clean and some of the rooms are really beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

The location was perfect! There is a beautiful courtyard with an amazing clock tower with chimes. The owners and staff were very friendly and the food and wine was amazing! I highly recommend staying there when you visit Rudesheim.

My last day I left the hotel at 6:30 am because I had to take my train at 6:53 am. The day before I asked for breakfast to go, but in the reception I was told there’s no this service. So I have to go after 7:00 (?). I don’t know if I’m the only person who has asked for this, but in other hotels I can get this service. For the rest I have an excellent stay with you. Thank you.

Stayed here after I extended the work trip by one day to see this part of Germany. The town is beautiful and picturesque and the hotel was less beautiful and less picturesque, though not bad. Great arrival desk. Large room overlooking patio restaurant. Only slight issue was the patio had a band and singer play a little late into the evening for a Viking Cruise that commanded the entire outdoor dining venue.

Maybe the best hotel in Rudesheim, expensive considering that is not a luxurious place, however our stay was amazing there. The room was very hot, there is no air conditioning, just a fan provided. Restaurant food was excellent, the breakfast good.
