It felt unsafe. We were given a “superior” room on the second floor and the floor was literally shaking.

Great location

Location is excellent for Christmas markets. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Parking is right next door at a cost or a bit further down the street is free parking. Room was comfortable. No issues or concerns.

Very comfortable stay

Great location. Clean modern renovated room in a traditional style hotel.

Check in was just a key handover although to be fair I think it was just a helper and not the main person. Room was along a long corridor and could have gotten there faster if shown. Outlook was horrible - was a building site .

Convenient location very close to to the river, restaurants sightseeings etc. Very clean. Very quiet. Good breakfast Very polite and helping staff Hotel parking space does not actually exist, but public parking is 50m away (you have to pay if you park from 09:00 to 18:00) Free public parking lots were usually fully occupied

The room was not like the one shown in the photo of booking.com It was smaller and had only a window that also served as the fire escape. Overall our stay was okay however

Bittersweet

Our accommodation came with breakfast option, which was so tasty. The central location made it easy walk into town. Host was very kind to share information about local restaurants, which turn out to be fantastic.

The neighbouring rooms were vacuumed just after 8 a.m., which was not convenient if you wanted to sleep in. Unfortunately, the rear bumper of our car was scratched in the hotel’s parking lot. The hotel owner accepted no responsibility: she questioned one guest, who denied any wrongdoing, and, although she knew the identity of the guest parked next to us, she claimed to have no contact details. The hotel parking area is not covered by cameras. It was a very upsetting situation that left our holiday getaway bittersweet.

A very pleasant stay in Rudesheim!

Julia the manager was amazing she was so helpful and her employees were the same! The room size was bigger than expected and beds and pillows were the best ! The room had everything you might need and the WIFI was exceptional! Would highly recommend!

the staff were very helpful. breakfast was very nice with served coffee and tea made in a teapot.

Friday crowd at bar across street were loud and obnoxious until 2am and then someone started shouting again at 5. so noise was an issue for room 107.

Great hotel for Rudesheim Christmas Market

In an excellent location for the Rudesheim Christmas market - close enough but not too close. Single rooms were of a reasonable size, warm and inviting. Beds are very comfortable, shower a good size and easy to operate. Lifts to all floors. Breakfast provided a good choice.

The fromt desk was super informative and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. It's a nice little get away for us and the hotel is Homey. As for the location, it was perfect for me and my kids to walk to Seilbahn, hike down and finish the night at Christmas Market Great stay!!

What a true gem in a magical village of Rudesheim on Rhine. Perfect location with steps to the Rhine and and the action of of the main centre but still quite enough period the family owners are extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean comfortable and the breakfast was exceptional. We will definitely stay again and this would be our first choice.

Great hotel for families.

Great room we had. With kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. Also big great balcony. Room looks new. We liked it alot. Location - 5 min to any sightseeing. Breakfast is super good. We will for sure come bask.

Awful

Not a lot apart from the situation

Almost everything. The English were definitely not welcome there. The waitress at breakfast in the first morning was extremely rude. The view from the room was dreadful. ( picture attached)It was more like a hostel than a hotel and definitely doesn’t warrant a 3 star plus rating. I would rate it a 2 star at a push. The charge of 8 euros per night to park your car is a joke. We were asked to pay the day before checkout as it gets busy in a morning!!!! Think it was more a case of making sure you paid and didn’t do a runner. Would not recommend this hotel and most definitely wouldn’t return.

Very nice place and location, would stay again!

Very nice place and location. Easy walking distance to all the city attractions, restaurants and shops. Staff was friendly, breakfast very good. Room was nice and air conditioning welcome on the warmer days. Onsite parking was available during our stay for 8 euros a day but not guaranteed to have available spaces, in our case there were free spots each time we arrived back.

A refrigerator in the room would be nice but it was not advertised to have one.

Great location and only a few minutes walk to main attractions. Staff was incredibly helpful as we had a need for an unexpected doctor’s visit- they called the office for us, set up the appointment and made sure my elderly mother was properly taken care of! The morning breakfast was above and beyond! We were incredibly happy with every part of our stay. After checking out and spending the day in Rudesheim, I stopped into the Rudesheim Visitor’s Center to inquire about a great dinner spot for a birthday. Without hesitation, she recommended I find the “cute little hotel around the corner called Altdeutsche Weinstube. Everything is fantastic and you will not leave disappointed”. So, we walked back to our hotel and had dinner. And it was fantastic! I would absolutely return to this sweet, family run hotel any time I find myself in Rudesheim.
