Very nice hotel in a great location

Great location near the Christmas market and riverboat docks. Excellent breakfast.

Arrived just before stated check-in time and their parking was full. Parked about a five-minute walk away from hotel after dropping bags.

Fine for 1 night

The location was perfect for the christmas market. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was big and clean. The nice lady by the reception let us stay 2h more on the parking place what was highly appriciated.

We had 2 rooms booked and they both smelled bad ( a bit of a sewer smell together with chemicals that were used to get rid of it i guess). It could be because we had rooms next to the cleaning rooms with waschingmachines etc? Also the breakfast was very basic with little choice. But it was ok for one night.

A nice family owned hotel with very good breakfast

Very nice village hotel with an elevator. Good breakfast. Parking was first come first serve, but I got into a spot. Rudesheim is very popular. My single room was perfect for me. Good location to walk all over town and down to the river. At the front desk you could buy a ticket to do the cable car/walk/boat day. I loved it.

We'd go again.

Loved the breakfast and the staff there. Staff was great everywhere. The room was clean and tidy. Loved the duck theme and the decor all around - it was very quaint. With a fan in the room, we were plenty comfortable.

The bathroom is quite small getting in and out of the shower. The television would not connect and we tried every way possible to watch something. I even had a 19 year old granddaughter with me.

Cute and attention to detail

My 4 year old was taken with the ducks in decor all around. The room was awesome. From the choice room and great air conditioning, to the help from the front desk, the hotel was wonderful and taken care of. The details were great, and I'll try to stay here again when I return.

There was a little fan that went off every so often, in the bathroom, but I think that was due to us running the air conditioning.

Would 100% stay here again. I will be recommending this hotel to my family, friends, and colleagues.

Check in was very smooth even though we arrived late (after front desk was no longer staffed). Room was very clean and comfortable. I appreciated the "help yourself" coffee bar and refrigerator in the lobby. Breakfast was amazing! The staff were very professional and helpful. In fact, when our taxi to the train station was running late, Peter drove us in his own car to the station to make sure we didn't miss the train! Incredibly kind and much appreciated. The location was perfect - close to everything, but far enough away that it wasn't noisy at night.

I wish they offered laundry service on site. We were continuing our travels and couldn't find a laundromat nearby to wash our clothes for the next week of traveling.

Great stay in Rüdesheim

Very central and spacious rooms - great family room. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was plentiful too with lots of choices for our little girl too.

Visited the local area on route to Friedrichshafen from Bruges. All the staff were very helpful.

I had a excellent stay, would come again

I had a comfort single room and it was really comfortable - the bed, the chair desk, the bathroom, everything was made for comfort. The bed was wider than most single beds. The staff was professional and helpful, the private parking was very convenient and the breakfast was good. Checking-in late was well arranged with key code, but you have to inform the hotel in advance if arriving late. All in all, I am very satisfied. Have stayed several times in this hotel and would stay again.

The staff were great and the location could not be better. Breakfast was amazing and the room was perfectly fine and fit fir purpose.

Not entirely fair but maybe relevant for others wanting to visit at the same time of the year. We stayed during the Christmas markets. The insulation of the rooms is average as you could clearly here people at all hours coming into the hotel and had clearly had a great time !! Some of the noise was unacceptable, as was thr language and there did not apear to be anyone from the hotel trying to stop it. I live in Germany and and I know it can be so but I would not stay here again for the markets.However the person who checked out in front of me said the same to the man at reception so it is not just me and was told it is unusual. You have to decide yourselves.

Disappointing stay in a hotel where customer service requires improvement.

The location was excellent in the heart of Rudesheim. The choice at breakfast was very good.

The room was very small and rather dull without air conditioning. There was no feeling of being welcomed to the hotel and on departure we were not wished a pleasant journey or asked how our stay had been. It was much more expensive than the hotel where we had stayed in Trier two days previously although not to the same standard of decor or comfort. Breakfast was not a pleasant experience after being treated by a staff member in an officious and high handed way regarding use of tongs for lifting food.

Good hotel but make sure you don't have to shorten your stay since the hotel will charge you fully.

Breakfast is very nice. Rooms are tidy and well equiped. Shower is perfect.

We had initially reserved for 3 nights but due to an unforeseen circumstance, we had to short our stay to 2 nights. However, the hotel charged us for 3 nights even when the booking.com web-site said otherwise. Multiple emails to the hotel reception in order to point this out did not help.
