Clean and Comfortable

Location is great for this hotel with a short walk to the main attractions in town. The rooms were very clean and spacious and the bathtub room was really nice.

Parking can be tricky, and we had to pay in town at the paid lot. Not too big of an issue. I recommend doing check in online so that you save time when you get to the hotel.

Beautiful romantic getaway in wine country by the river

I loved the location and the room was nice and clean. The staff were so lovely, kind and attentive and it was a quiet building on a beautiful street just moments from the river.

I would have liked a little mini fridge under the desk or something to keep food/drink items cold, and the glass door that connects the ensuite to the room means that if you’re pooping there’s little privacy

The property was located very close to great shopping and restaurants. The front desk staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful.

We were told that we could pay for the breakfast in advance but that we dis not need to. When we appeared for breakfast in the morning and paid for it, we discovered that there was barely any food left even though breakfast was scheduled to be served for another hour.

The room is better in person. Big enough. AC worked perfectly. Water pressure was excellent. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Location was ideal for us. This hotel exceeded our expectations.

Location is excellent. You can walk almost eveywhere.EV charging was available. And staff was very helpdul throughout our stay. Room was Copyright and clean. A/C was a must because of the heat wave.

It’s not the propertys fault but in Ruedesheim there is several restaurants that don’t accept card payments. Make sure they Do if you are planning to oay by card. There are not many ATMs either.

Love our hotels hospitality!

The staff are absolutely wonderful. From the warm reception, to explaining how the special requests had been handled, to making sure we had everything we needed, we wanted for nothing! 3 rooms for our 7people. We had a FABULOUS shower in the 3 person room. Large bathroom, comfortable beds. Easy on and out for our first night with jet lag!

Good location close to main attractions, friendly caring staff, filling breakfast, large room, air conditioned, quiet.

Limited parking available and cumbersome, parking available off property, few minutes walk. Automatic light in the hallway towards the bathroom was annoying. Although very clean the toilet had a foul smell from time to time. .

Location. Interior of the room. Woman at reception.

The room is at the basement-windows are at the earth level. On the day of check-out it was impossible to open electric blinds. Cleaning personnel did not understand that we wanted service later - so they did not clean at all. The entrance to their private parking was very low so we could not park our Peugeout 2008. There is none at reception after 19:00. To summarize it is certainly not a 4-star hotel. The price was almost 200 euros per night in weekend.

A very well run hotel, without frills.

The location was good. In a quiet area but close to restaurants and an easy walk to the river. Travellers should be aware that any hotel with a river view will be very close to the railway tracks that run at both sides of the Rhine. Trains, mostly freight, run all day and all night. This is one of the few hotels in the town with air conditioning. While we were there it was very hot and air conditioning made such a difference to our stay. The staff were very helpful whenever we needed local information.

Being charged €10 a night to park a car. The breakfast was adequate but never varied. Hot food was not really hot. Also travellers are assigned a table and expected to use that same table every day. A little too much like school!

Great hotel

BThe hotel is very well located, only a few meters from everything. Ther is a car park about 2 minutes away. Restaurants are within 3-4 minutes' walk. Rooms are spacious and clean. Air conditioning is available and working. Breakfast was fantastic, hot and cold choices and plentiful. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Can only recommend.

If anything , it would just be the juice and water glasses, they were tiny.
