We really enjoyed Marseilke

The property was in a good location and the rooms were clean and comfortable

When we arrived the man on reception was on his computer. He didn’t look up to acknowledge us for about 10-15 minutes. There was no “welcome I’ll be with you soon”. We found it quite rude and sort of put us off the hotel. Not friendly or welcoming.

The stay was comfortable and breakfast was tasty!

The staff speaks English well and gives you the information requested in details. The hotel is affiliated wiyh the Q- Park Pharo and you are able to park your car there. There was a quite wide variety of dishes at breakfast.

Great location & staff, swimming pool a big bonus.

Loved the swimming pool & the staff were very helpful, can’t comment on the food as we didn’t eat there. Loved the location. We all slept very well, comfy beds.

Air conditioning in 1 of our rooms not cold enough, gym not good & only 1 type of red wine available by the glass.

Relaxing and central hotel to enjoy Marseille.

Great location- central but just slightly out of the busiest part of the street. We had a room with a balcony and it was very relaxing. The pool was great and we used the gym which was simple but all we needed. The staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and I really appreciated there were gluten free options. We loved our stay in Marseille and would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Great location, funky decoration, good services, really nice people.

Everything went well, in particular the hotel desk staff were super friendly. The hotel was in a great location with public parking literally underneath. The parking garage was exceptionally clean.

The breakfast wasn't at the height of the hotel. For example the boiled eggs were not good, there were no bananas and the cereal was meh and the bread knife was really dull. Also the pigeons were super aggressive when we were seated outside and the hotel just didn't deal with it well enough.

Excellent option in Marseille

Excellent option in Marseille. We used the pool lots which was needed in the hot weather. Loved the watermelon slices in the afternoon. Reception and concierge very friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious and air con magical for summer months. Supermarket close by as well as a few really good bakeries. City beach in walking distance too.

There’s not much to mention that needs addressing. Personally I would like a nespresso machine in the room as instant coffee doesn’t work for me. But I appreciate that’s a big ask.

Decent hotel with nice facilities and great staff.

Lovely pool, bar and lobby areas. Staff were friendly and efficient. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Location is in a quieter end of town, but not too far from the port area.

Bathroom had a shower over the bath which we knew about when booking, but the shower head was very low making it a bit awkward to use even for me (5ft 6”).

Staff is nice and friendly but not very competent. Breakfast is disappointing - poor coffee (tried several options), croissants not edible / not fresh, some vegetables and fruits not fresh, staff either away or clustered and busy chatting, etc etc.

A great location in Marseille - away from the noise and bustle of the main port area but close enough to walk to it. A comfortable room with friendly efficient staff and excellent facilities.

Close to beaches, stylish design hotel with good transport options and good breakfast

Breakfast was good with both hot and cold options. Stayed in room with huge balcony looking out on back by the fort. Refrigerator was helpful for storing beverages to enjoy on balcony. Cool artwork throughout. Moderate sized pool for my daughter to enjoy. Good sized bathrooms. Bus stop around block 2 mins walk. Probably closer to 15 min walk to Vieux Port. Very close to beach for beautiful sunset.

Room was smaller than expected. Couldn't open closet door to use full length mirror. Not enough room to store two rollerboard suitcases easily. Had to use chair for one bag.

Exceptional staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful to us. The parking was easy and the location was good for walking.

The small shower doors were not tight at the bottom and we inadvertently soaked the floor once.

A fabulous friendly and modern hotel!

The staff were so very friendly and helpful!! The room spotless and bed very comfortable. The pool was so needed in such hot weather. Breakfast had a good variety of local fare and was delicious. Location was set just between the port and the beach area outside Marseilles & so easy to access via the local bus.

People at the entrance were very friendly

I rented a suite, which was extremely basic. Very dissapointing! Lightbulbs were missing in lamps, the room was not cosy The terasse was facing an ugly building. Very very very dissapointed!
