Everything in regards to the arrival was perfect. We had the code and we were greeted by Florian. He had maps and useful information ready for us. He also provided info where he could be reached. The apartment was very clean and as promised half way through our stay towels and bedding were changed. Much appreciated. This location is the best... so easy to get to the vieux port and the apartment is located in the district Le Panier.
To be honest NOTHING! I would have two personal comments to share. It would be courteous to have an english TV channel as all channels are french only. The other comment concerns the large painting when we go up the stairs...it is scary and does not feel welcoming. Le Couvent is a magnifique building and that wall should reflect the beauty of Marseille.

Perfect location near by the old harbor. Spacious, modern and comfortable apartments. Excellent shower. The concierge is super friendly and gave us very good tips about the city. Bed and pillows very comfortable.
Stairs, we were at the last floor - don’t check in with heavy luggages.

The location was great, we could walk everywhere and the shops were close by to purchase breakfast items. We felt safe and the apartment was clean and quiet.
We would have liked a smart TV to watch Netflix on.

Locations, clean and modern with a comfortable bed. Shower had good pressure and cubicle was a good size.
Kitchen wasn’t equipped for cooking, no pans.
Only one Ironing board for the whole property and was used by staff.
No dining table.
No dressing table
Access was up a hill and up several flights of stairs this wasn’t disclosed on booking site. No lift in the property.
TV didn’t have UK channels and wasn’t internet enabled so example no Netflix
Property was basic.
No views we looked out into a wall.
Wouldn’t return to this property
