Had a nice time here. Complete amenities. Loved the free access spa at Alpen Resort which is walking distance to the hotel. They will provide you towel and slippers if you use the spa. Very relaxing. Staff are really nice. Breakfast is good. Nice view of matterhorn.

I absolutely love this hotel. It's modernly decorated and such a breath of fresh air. They're a tad bit far from the Zermatt train station and not anywhere near the popular street, but the beautiful room and breakfast makes up for it. Try to arrange for the complimentary shuttle to pick you up. We didn't do that when we arrive so we had to push our luggages up the hill so that's pretty tiring. But we're able to arrange it when we're going back so that's great.

Excellent location. Can see Matterhorn Mountain from bed room window
