It is newly renovated and the rooms are really nice, with a small balcony. The lounge area is really nice. The breakfast is fantastic and the staff at the breakfast and the reception very friendly and helpful. My partner was able to use the spa in the hotel next door as well as the gym. Zermatt is wonderful.

Such friendly staff, the place was so clean and comfortable. Excellent value for Zermatt. Would highly recommend.
