Gutes Frühstück mit allem was man braucht - sogar frische Eier wurden bei Wunsch gebacken. Kleines ruhig gelegenes Haus, mit tollem Ausblick und coolem Pool.
Preise der Getränke vor Ort etwas hoch angesetzt.

Eigentlich nahezu alles: die Lage, die ganze Anlage, Personal, Frühstück, Pool
Fahrräder konnten nicht sicher abgestellt werden.
Beschattungsmöglichkeiten auf dem Balkon wären schön

Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Es wurden einem alle Wünsche erfüllt alles in allem völlig ausreichend!! Frisch und das nötigste ist vorhanden. Die Ruhe beim Frühstück entschädigt für alles!! ;-) 😉
Toller Service, und das hotel hat eine super Lage , sehr ruhig .
Das FitnessStudio im Keller. Aber es gab eines 10 min von dort entfernt . Deshalb passt das schon. Und ist kein Ausschluss Kriterium .

- The view (from pool/garden and balcony) is wonderful
- The pool/garden is relaxing
- The rooms are modern and comfortable with aircon, big shower, boiler for coffee/tea and empty fridge as well as smart tv so you can use netflix if you want to
- You can basically only use the pool on your day of arrival because as of checkout, which is very early - at 10am, you are no longer welcome on the premises. At check-out we asked if we could use the pool for two hours and the answer was a very dry “no our responsibilities towards you end at 10am”. I thought it was a joke so I asked again and the answer was just “NO”. Having stayed in hundreds of hotels for work/leisure I have to say this was the first time I have ever had this kind if response. Not only to deny access to the pool with no explanation but also the way it was communicated which made us feel us feel so unwelcome. Needless to say, we left with a very bad feeling in our stomache and also annoyed at the price we paid for such bad service and time limit. It could not have been more opposite of “Relax”. Worst check-out experience I have ever had!
- Breakfast is served until 10am and everyone comes to eat between 9 and 10 as its holiday/relax. So breakfast ends up feeling rushed and not relaxing and if you are late for check-out they come knock on your door asking you to leave. Most people checked out around 10:30 in a rush. We really noticed other couples frustrated with this. Again, the opposite of relax...
- Breakfast was very average (machine coffee, cheap toast bread, low quality cornetto...) there was fresh fruit which saved the breakfast. Eggs were also served but they got the order wring and served us an omelette with ham in it abd we are veggetarian. We hate wasting food so we removed all the tiny pieces of ham from the omelette before eating so it wouldn’t get thrown out.
- Just FYI: They don’t serve any food here for lunch/snacks except for a fruit plate - which actually isn’t on the menu. We found out when we saw someone else order it.
- Not an issue for us but perhaps good to know: they allow guests with dogs and when we were here there were 4 or 5 dogs there running around the garden and barking from time to time.
