Super friendly staff. Lots of options for breakfast. Super clean. Beds were comfortable. The view is amazing, Really close to the lake. Safe parking.

Breakfast and dinner options could have been better.

We really enjoyed the time spent at this hotel in September 2022. The hotel has amazing views of Lake Garda and of the surrounding mountains and has a great location - very close to the lake and close to the old-town. The room was spacious, very comfortable and clean, a big plus for the terrace. The staff was extremely nice and friendly. Breakfast and dinner are very good with lovely views, also the services from the bar are excellent. We highly recommend this hotel for the services provided.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, modern and very clean. We were greeted with a smile. Our room was very spacious and clean.

The location is at least 20min walk to the Old Town where all the 'action' is found: restaurants and shops, etc. Situated second row from the lake front means you have to walk at least 150m in order to swim in the lake and unlike other hotels situated right next to the lake, it is not possible to swim and then sit on a sun lounge and enjoy. It is very, very hard to sit on the concrete like shore and there are no chairs to rent, so that was rather disappointing because the lake is so nice to swim into. For a hotel that charges Euro 400/night we didn't have slippers or bathrobes, there is no room service, practically no restaurant and the breakfast is ok, but nothing special. There is no lunch served in the hotel and dinner was being ordered by guests during breakfast, with a choice of 2 or 3 dishes ... quite astonishing... no room service either. We are very experienced travelers and this hotel does not live up to the huge nightly rate, mainly due to the location, the lack of direct access to the lake and the fact the lake or the Old Town cannot be properly enjoyed whilst staying in this hotel.

A truly beautiful hotel in perfect surroundings. Lovely big room with its own patio opening out to the pool area. Friendly welcoming staff, many I understood to be family members of the owner, who attended to my every need with a smile. A perfect two week stay. Breakfast was am excellent continental selection taken most mornings out on the sunny terrace (complete with lovely little birds for company). Dinner was just just for guests and was optional and had to be pre-booked but that was not a problem. The view of Lake Garda and the surrounding mountains was amazing and something to admire all the time I was there

The dinner choices and quality do not match the standard if the hotel. Dinner times are not flexible at all (19:00 for everyone) and dinner has to be chosen before 15:00 (out of 2-3 options). with the limited dinner options, better quality would be expected. Breakfast was ok - but the choices (for instance a single type of brioche) are rather limited. This is not a problem - but des not justify the price. Overall, there are hotels with better price/quality ratio around lake Garda.
