No stranger smells or little things forgotten from a past guest—-very very clean. Beautiful views of the lake from the balcony. Refrigerator and kettle were provided too. Would like to stay here again.

Limone sul Garda

The room we were allocated was on the river/lake side (not road facing) so was quiet and private. The river was running full from all the rain so was quite noisy but on closing the sliding door it cut out that noise. There is a small balcony with 2 chairs so that was nice as no easy chairs in the room The breakfasts were excellent

The hotel is rated 4 stars but I would not rate it that high 🤔

When I booked this hotel, I wasn't sure what to expect as the price we paid seemed cheap for the area, what a surprise I had! The hotel was amazing. Other than one particular grumpy member of staff, we found all of the others extremely friendly and helpful, particularly Monika on reception and Franca behind the bar, so happy all the time. We absolutely loved this place. The balcony had a view of the lake, a short walk down for a dip in the lake, and just a ten minute walk into the old town of Limone.

We couldn't eat at the hotel, as apparently you had to be half board to eat there, probably why their restaurant was empty every night, that being said, there are dozens of excellent places to eat nearby.

Clean room, comfortable beds, balcony with garden view. Easy to park. Friendly personnel. Very close to the lake. Reasonably good breakfast. Sufficient light in the room. Big wardrobes.

Bathroom has no lock and the matt-glass door has transparent stripes. Not very suitable for families with kids.

Good location, pleasant room, inconsistent service and facitlities

The hotel is in a good location. It was great to be so close to the lakefront. The onsite car parking was also handy. We had a nice room with a balcony and lake views.

We understand and empathize that there are staffing shortages and that this is a very tricky time for hospitality businesses. However, when we arrived at our room, we found that housekeeping had only half finished. The bathroom was still dirty from the previous guests and the floor had not been cleaned. The receptionist was extremely flustered and unhappy that there was a problem. The cleaner had left for the day and there were no other rooms. We did get the room cleaned, but that only came about after some time, some drama and because we helped clean it ourselves. The next day, a different receptionist/manager was extremely apologetic and tried her best to make mends. The initial receptionist also apologized for being so short with us, which we appreciated. The hot tubs on the roof were not functioning and so we were not able to use them throughout our stay. There was also no hot water one evening. At times we were made to feel like we were problematic. The coffee machine stop working at breakfast, and when I asked for help, I was told that I had broken the machine... that kind of thing doesn't make you feel comfortable.

Nice hotel in a stunning location

Excellent location close to the lake and town centre and next to a path along a stream, into the mountains. Great view from the balcony and rooftop area. Visiting Gecko in the evenings, on the balcony wall! Friendly staff and good restaurant. Monika at hotel reception was very pleasant and helpful. Quiet at night.

the rooms were spacious with a great balcony and beautiful view of the lake. the staff were amazing and always very obliging. the pool was great but the water of Lago di Garda was better.

there is a steep walk up the hill to return fro the town, but a mini taxi is readily available.

Euro bike trip

Direction map on booking.com is wrong. Dont follow this if on motorbike. Luckily we met owner and he took us straight there. Lady on reception very helpful and helped with our luggage, gardens great, sunbathing areas private, views amazing

Room hadn't been cleaned properly and didn't get turned over in our stay there, even though we put sign on door to make room up, also bar staff English not very good and get confused tilling up and over charge

I was really disappointed with our stay, particularly as it was for our honeymoon. Staff at bar and reception were really unwelcoming and rude. They do not speak English at all. at check in they demand €20 cash for parking which wasn’t mentioned when we were messaging beforehand. we didn’t have any cash and when we asked where an ATM was they just shrugged at us and demanded cash…. we found an ATM ourselves eventually after wasting an evening looking for one ourselves. ruined our evening and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. it’s a shame that Monica wasn’t working when we arrived as she seemed nice when we spoke to her at check out. would recommend for the location but just avoid speaking to the staff and bring cash with you.

Superschöner Urlaub mit für uns perfektem Hotel

Lage perfekt, 2 Minuten zum See und 5 Minuten nach Limone , Frühstück alles da, was das Herz begehrt, Personal supernett und aufmerksam,wir hatten Zimmer mit seitlichem Blick auf den See, Straße vor uns, aber kein Lärm ( wie das im Sommer ist...), sehr hundefreundlich ( sogar ein kleines Geschenkspaket für den Hund gab es), für uns perfekt - Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ebenfalls ( wir waren Ende Oktober) und kommen sicher wieder :-)
