We had a great restful week and enjoyed our holiday

Location was great for a view of the lake as we had requested a room for this . The reception staff very friendly and helpful- breakfast staff not as cheerful- more of a cafeteria experience than a hotel but we had a lovely week nevertheless

Location was great for a view of the lake but then this meant a Steep walk up and down to the town for the restaurants. The dinner menu options looked a bit basic- this is put on a board in the morning much better options in the town . This is overwhelmingly a German family hotel of choice - we didn’t hear any Italian except for the staff , French or English while we were there

Lake view room with Balcony, amazing views. Hotel was immaculate, staff friendly and a good variety of choices at breakfast. Would wholeheartedly recommend this Hotel.

Never again - staff is terrible and we have to pay more

Location and swimming pool is amazing

Staff is the worst staff ever, never ever again for us. Parking needs a lot of experience (no space at all) Overpriced, also we have to pay for the child extra (no info before), we booked for 3 persons (2 adults and 1 child), with extra bed. And it was final price. And then we had to pay more and our child slept on the couch (also we received all staff for couch for sleep at 22:30 (!!!!) after 3 calls to reception). Staff also shouted (!!!) at us after we told in check out that it was not cool for the child and for us, it was paid for 3 people and you didn’t expect to pay more and sleep in the couch.

Breakfast, Dinner they were not as I expected NO Hot food at breakfast + cold scrambled eggs chewy bacon or what they called bacon Dinner was limited choice Not at all good value for money.waiterbignoredbus because we were English only 1 waitress took the time to talk to us. We felt as though we were in the way. No help for my wife who is disabled. Would not say it was an accessible hotel for those in wheelchairs. It was also up a hill. The parking area is too small for large cars. Reception told us to park our landrover in the car park outside She saw what car we had but never told us about the underground carpark until after telling her we could not fit into the car park space. It's as though she wanted us to struggle with our car. No info on meal times in the room. Reception Only pointed to the menu outside the restaurant. Lacking atmosphere. Hotel not worthy of its rating at all

Lovely location

Lovely views from the terrace, very helpful staff and very happy bar staff! Absolutely spotless throughout and what a view over the lake from the room balcony!

Nothing to do with the hotel, as it is as advertised but Limone has by nature some steep climbs so just be aware of that if you have mobility issues etc - but as I say that is not the hotel is is lovely place, stunning location,

Enough choice for breakfast. Bathroom towels and shower products foreseen as needed and changed when needed. View was on side and partly you could see the lake which we new in front. Very friendly personal.

Room cleanish was not the best we experienced , dust on several places and the balcony floor was not cleaned when we arrived or during our stay .

OK hotel in a nice location

The location is very good, up on the hill. There is convenient parking close-by. The view of the lake from the dining room terrace is beautiful

The room was not all that comfortable and the staff could have been friendlier. For some unknown reason we all had to cram indoors for breakfast: no food allowed on the terrace! The food was not memorable

Vista lago strepitosa

Camera molto spaziosa con bellissimo balcone vista lago. Servizi in camera soddisfacenti. colazione veramente ricca di prodotti dolci e salati. Immerso nel verde e a pochi passi dal centro di Limone. Parcheggio interno gratuito. Spa e piscina ad uso compreso nel prezzo della stanza.

Riscaldamento centralizzato e condizionamento controllato dalla reception fino a fine stagione estiva (sembra dettato da normative locali). Il problema però è stato risolto il giorno dopo con l'intervento della proprietà. La piscina interna grande e con idro ma con acqua un pò fredda.

Hotel w doskonałej lokalizacji, tylko kilka kroków od centrum Limone. Zdecydowana większość pokoi jest już po remoncie więc w rzeczywistości hotel wygląda dużo lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Fajny basen i bardzo smaczne śniadanie. Polecam :)

Pani na recepcji nie była specjalnie miła dla nas (w przeciwieństwie do mijających nas w tym samym czasie gośći niemieckojęzycznych) ale może miała po prostu gorszy dzień :)

Fatalne oznakowanie wind ,garaży. Przez cały pobyt nie można się odnaleźć w hotelu. Dużo gości po prostu błądziło po całym kompleksie .Śniadania jak za taką cenę i w takim miejscu oczekiwałbym wyższej jakości (ale nie było bardzo źle;) ogólnie jeździmy po Włoszech i wiemy że większość Hoteli już jest wiekowa , musicie się na to nastawić jako Goście

Supertolles Hotel, herzliche Mitarbeiter

Am Frühstücksbuffet war für jeden eine große Auswahl vorhanden, immer frisch, lokale Produkte bevorzugt. Nach dem Frühstück einen Kaffee auf der Terrasse trinken und den Ausblick auf den See -herrlich. Das Zimmer war großzügig, tolles Bad, Terrasse mit Palmen und Olivenbäume, alles so sauber und liebevoll. Zum Ortskern war man in wenigen Minuten, ich hab jeden Tag was Neues entdeckt. Ich kann es schlecht in Worte fassen aber die Lage des Hotels, der Service, Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit ist kaum zu übertreffen

Mit WLAN gab es Probleme aber ich war im Urlaub und fand es nicht schlimm

Älteres Hotel mit toller Aussicht

Super Aussicht auf den Gardasee

Älteres Hotel das den Sprung in das 21. Jahrhundert nicht ganz geschafft. hat. Alles etwas datiert, alles etwas umständlich. Mässiges Frühstück mit wenig frischen Zutaten, Speisesaal mit Altersheim -Feeling. Das Hotel macht viel zu wenig aus der tollen Lage.
