Man wird vom Chef persönlich empfangen, er und das Personal an der Bar sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die gesamte Anlage (Appartements, Garten, Poolbereich) ist tipptopp gepflegt, die Küche gut ausgestattet (Kaffeemaschinen, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Spülmittel, Geschirrtuch,…), das Ausziehbett ist großzügig und bequem. Ein Shuttle-Dienst wird auch angeboten.

Die Unterkunft war schön und die Residenz mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Viele Bäumchen von Zitrusfrüchte dekorieren das ganze Areal. Miravalle liegt am Hang und man hat sogar vom Balkon Seeblick. Besonders schön war der Pool und die Poolbar. Mit Blick auf den Gardasee. Es gibt einen schönen Weg am Bach entlang hinunter ins Zentrum. Hunde sind willkommen (kleine Wohlfühloase im Appartement mit Leckerli) und man darf sie auch mit hinter auf die Wiese am Pool nehmen wo Schatten (Olivenbäume) ist. Personal sehr nett.
