Beautiful views over Lake Garda

Location was great for 2 nights to explore Limone. We got the ferry to Malcesine to get the cable car to Monte Baldo, well worthwhile. Use of the shuttle was good, sometimes a bit of a push and shove from people trying to get on. Good breakfast selection and topped up regularly. Pool clean and nice to use. Room and shower good with a super view over the lake. Friendly staff.

We didn't use the restaurant in the evenings as we were put off by the pub singer so walked into Limone. Shame because we wanted to enjoy the surroundings, the views and our balcony but it was loud and went on until 10-10.30pm both Friday and Saturday nights.

Incredible views but hotel tired

The properties location was up a steep hill (bottom of mountain) so without car you’d need to be a good hiker or take shuttle bus into town at a cost. However the hotel was tired, rooms very dated and facilities very average.Catered predominantly for German coach tours. I will say the view every morning was incredible, no actually breathtaking so it out weighed anything negative about accommodation. If you do suffer with any kind of walking issues this hotel is not for you, stairs everywhere, it’s on different levels and confusing to find rooms

amazing view!

Very nice and helpful staff, we were greeted with pink wine and cookies. The hotel is beautifully located, its greatest asset is undoubtedly the view of the mountains and the lake. The rooms are new, cozy, tastefully furnished, they have facilities for the disabled. We were in the panoramic rooms. there are many places to relax on the hotel grounds and there is no shortage of sun loungers.

to the center of the town and to the lake you have to walk a bit along a steep road, but the hotel provides a bus.

Room with a view

The property looked good, as did our room. Views were lovely. Enjoyed walking to Limone and back. Staff were helpful.

Rooms were not well insulated for noise. We could hear people in adjoining rooms. Luggage had to be carried up or down many steps to reach our room. Breakfast had a cafeteria feel, and muesli, jam etc were packaged product.

The location was perfect but sadly our room was not.

The lack of WiFi in our room was very disappointing, limiting our connectivity and left us unable to stream channels on the television. At the time of booking it was not made clear WiFi in the room was not guaranteed. The first night we were disturbed at 02:30am due to an unexplained intermittent knocking found, that lasted 20 minutes and then ceased. We believe it was either from water pipes or air conditioning. On returning to our room Sunday afternoon the key card and lock on our door failed and throughout our stay the smell of cigarette smoke from a neighbouring room left us unable to enjoy spending time outside on our balcony.

old furniture no lifts that connect path to bedroom very small rooms, badly neglected facilities, bad quality of food breakfast some every single day dinner staff takes your plate while others still eating full of pensioners German dominantly and hostel is charging for shuttle to the beach never again

Location was perfect & hotel was spotlessly clean. Views were amazing and breakfast was delicious. Hotel was very reasonably priced would definitely stay here again if we were to return to lake Garda!

Spectacular views

The view from the Hotel is breathtaking, it's in a really good position in front of the Dolomites. The breakfast is good with good variety of options. The parking lot seems to have enough space, specially if you reach for the lower levels. Rooms are big but a little outdated.

It's uphill from the town center. Since we were with a car, it was no problem for us. The hotel also provide a bus to take guest to and from the touristic area. Also the rooms are outdated, wich we already knew from other reviews.

Would stay there again

Nice location, good view of the Garda lake, very large rooms (got them next to each other as wished for), nice staff, nice pools.

Not so good parking lot for a big car. To get to our rooms we needed to go through the restaurant, little bit awkward during dinners and breakfast.

The hotel is very beautiful, recommended in summer time - nice pool with amazing view. Its 20 minutes walking from the center, but there are shuttles of the hotel for 1 euro which is really comfort. Good breakfast!

The views around the property were beautiful.

The property itself is pretty far from everything and the pool area is definitely NOT what it seems in the pictures. The area is small and the chairs surrounding the pool seemed piled on top of each other. Also check out is at 10am and it should be about 11-12 due to everything being far and check in is so late.
