Nice location near the lake, good for short stays, but room comfort should be improved.

Nice location right next to Lake Garda, with private parking and beautiful surroundings. Breakfast was excellent — fresh, varied and much better than expected.

We had booked three rooms with a partial lake view, but only one really matched the description — one had a full lake view, and the other looked over the parking area instead. In two rooms the air conditioning couldn’t be turned on, so it was quite cold (late October) and there were no extra blankets, and the pillows were too high and not soft enough. Parking was convenient but very narrow.

Pleasant stay with excellent breakfast

The hotel has a great location and the staff is very responsive and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and quality. A glass of prosecco is a plus 🙂

Soundproofing between rooms is very poor — I could even hear people sneezing in the room next to mine. That was the only downside to an otherwise pleasant stay.

Staff was really friendly and eager to help with recommending best places to visit. Breakfast was tasty and phew…with what a view! City center was only few minute walk away. Great value for money.

The radiator in our room had a minor leak, but that was really minor problem for us,nothing towel wouldnt fix.

The breakfast was very good, lot of options. The hotel is about 15-20 min walking from the center.

Very narrow space between the bed and the wardrobe. No towel-rails in the bathroom, the fresh towels left on the commode where people usually put their suitcases instead on the bed. The furniture looks old and worn-out.

An "Old Lady" of a hotel.

The access to the town was easy. The staff were friendly. The view of the lake is fine, but partially hidden by trees tops.

The hotel is quite old and does need some maintenance.

The location has great potential, but its not renovated. but it's very clean. it's a 15 min walk from center of Limone, but this can be really nice if you want to have a relaxing morning and evening walk.

Highly recommend!

Very clean, good location, friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious with good choice of bakery and fruits. We really liked our little balcony with the Lake view! There’s a very nice beach within 5 min walking distance from the hotel. Thank you 😊

Charming, delicious, with unique atmosphere

Absolute top within the price range! it’s not modern, renovated accommodation but it’s extremely clean and fresh for its age. the breakfasts were wonderful and attention to the details was unique. Just imagine starting each day with a glass of Prosecco to the breakfast while looking at the Garda Lake! amazing place for its price!

Great place near the Lake!

Location was great! super close to the lake! pool facilities which we didn’t use but we’re available to use. room was clean.

We were right above the kitchen below and it was very hot. Air conditioning was good however. We couldn’t sit on our balcony as there were tables directly below looking up at us from the restraunt. would have been nice if we were were told about restraunts and things to do when checking in.

VIEW: nice sitting outside on balcony in the evening or morning and overview Lake Garda. BREAKFAST: very delicious and had adequate variety. Also very nice staff there :)

Receptionist was very impolite. We didn't felt welcome at all. Very busy street on weekends... Very thin walls in the building. You can hear almost everything...

The room was clean and fairly roomy

The bed was lumpy and the pillows very uncomfortable. The bathroom was dark, despite 2 lights in. The shower was not very good. The hotel smelt of cigarettes. The shutters on the outside were very old but we needed to use them as the curtains were very thin. Gave no privacy or the early morning light.

Its a great value for a money - its is a 2 star hotel so you cant expect too much!! But everything was good, i was really happy to have a fridge in my room, that was a nice bonus! And stuff is friendly - they even pre pack my breakfast day before as i was leaving early in the morning for hike.
