The view is beautiful, peaceful away from the crowds. Good parking. The owner is very nice but be aware only Italian/German spoken.
WiFi is useless.
No breakfast despite booking "including breakfast" and the sign on the gate, everywhere, in fact, stating bed and BREAKFAST. Other reviewers said the "breakfast was nice" we were not so lucky. I feel like asking for cash on arrival then not providing something I've paid for is a bit of a scam.
No temperature control in room, very hot and stuffy
No soap/amenities etc
One thin pillow per person
Quite a long way from main town, you absolutely need a car.
