Disappointed

The view is beautiful, peaceful away from the crowds. Good parking. The owner is very nice but be aware only Italian/German spoken.

WiFi is useless. No breakfast despite booking "including breakfast" and the sign on the gate, everywhere, in fact, stating bed and BREAKFAST. Other reviewers said the "breakfast was nice" we were not so lucky. I feel like asking for cash on arrival then not providing something I've paid for is a bit of a scam. No temperature control in room, very hot and stuffy No soap/amenities etc One thin pillow per person Quite a long way from main town, you absolutely need a car.

Very friendly staff, the most sublime view and a good breakfast. They were also very welcoming and made it feel like home.

However, they did not speak english so well so it was a bit hard sometimes to communicate. We did not have a car so it was a bit hard to walk up the mountains in the heat but the fault lies with us because we did not have a car...

Beautiful stay above Lake Garda

Barbara was a wonderful hostess. Her property is gorgeous. The house is surrounded by olive groves and magnificent views of Lago di Garda. We had a very large studio apartment for three people, with a spacious bathroom, a kitchenette, and a dining area. There's a very pleasant outdoor patio. She brought coffee and croissants each morning and was a pleasure to work with. The house is a mile uphill from the lake, so you need to be a hardy soul to walk to/from the lake, or take a taxi. (There is very little parking down below.) Before you get all the way to the bottom (which is private hotels), head north and you will get to the public beach, ferry, shops, etc. For the price, it was well worth it!!

Great location, amazing view, quiet place, clean and friendly, parking place free of cost, wifi pretty good. Barbara speaks Italian, Deutsch and we receive a nice gift when we checked-out. We will come back!

Panorama meraviglioso

Posizione meravigliosa con una vista stupenda. La signora e i figli gentilissimi e disponibili. Il monolocale molto spazioso, e confortevole. Molto spartano ma non mancava niente. Siamo stati benissimo. Oltretutto non avevano la colazione, ma la signora la mattina ci ha portato il caffè con pane, burro e marmellata. E infine anche un pensierino da portare via con noi come ricordo 💝

one night stay

Přespali jsme zde pouze jednu noc při cestě Itálií ale byli jsme velmi spokojení. Skvělá lokace v kopci, krásný výhled na jezero, klidná zahrada před apartmánem. Při komunikaci s paní majitelkou jsem musel zavzpomínat na němčinu, ale nějak jsme se domluvili. Paní nám ráno přinesla snídani na zahradu v čase, na kterém jsme se domluvili, což bylo moc milé. We only stayed here one night on our way through Italy but we were very satisfied. Great location on the hill, beautiful view of the lake, quiet garden in front of the apartment. When communicating with the owner, I had to remember my German, but we somehow managed to communicate. The lady brought us breakfast in the garden in the morning at the time we agreed on, which was very nice.

Platba byla možná pouze v hotovosti, je dobré se na to připravit, my se miseli vrátit do bankomatu u jezera. Ale to je jen detail. Payment was only possible in cash, it's good to be prepared for that, we had to go back to the ATM by the lake. But that's just a detail.
