I liked the friendly staff (apart from the older gentleman at reception with glasses who appeared cross and angry when I asked if I could exchange a bottle of champagne for the room to use for drinks in the bar instead as we didn't want it anymore). Instead of explaining in a customer friendly way he was downright rude about it. This made our experience less and it all down to this one person. Everyone else was extremely friendly and helpful.
