Very old 87 degrees in the room with air conditioning that hadn’t worked for a very long time but staff insisted it was working and that the thermostat was broken.

A gorgeous hotel on a beautiful lake!

The experience began with the welcome from Valentina, who welcomed us as if we have known her for years and made us feel right at home! Our room was gorgeous, super clean, and recently updated with a view of Lake Garda we will never forget! We will definitely be back so show family and friends Limone sul Garda and definitely be staying at Hotel Villa Margherita!!!

Excellent value for the money, clean , pleasant and THE VIEW!

Valentina makes you feel like you are family. The room had a fantastic view and it was perfectly fine. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. We enjoyed our stay and yes, it is a bit far from the center but you can easily get a cab (ask for Alberto!) to go up or down. The views are worth it! Beds were comfy and bathroom and room were spotless.

I loved everything about this place. The bed was comfy, the view was breathtaking, and Valentina, the manager, was like a mother to us.

Amazing views - this is the main reason to stayed here. Was great to wake up to the views of the lake in the morning. Comfortable beds. Clean. Nice village. Quirky and friendly host.

Inflexible and restrictive check in times. Tiny shower. Very average breakfast i.e. Nothing homemade and seemed like the cheapest ingredients available on offer e.g. Croissants seemed like cheap prepacked, that you could buy at a small convinience store.

The most amazing host Valentina. She is really hospitable, kind and so helpful. It’s in a fantastic location. 10 minute walk to the little lanes, bars, restaurants and shops. Amazing views from hotel and our room. Immaculately clean. Comfy bed. Toiletries and hairdryer. Decent shower. Lovely breakfast. Car park. Thank you Tina! Regards from Tina and Bob x

I would like to come back soon. The place is perfect, location ideal and the host was very kind.

The entrance is friendly, the room was quiet and clean, bed was comfortable, the bathroom was ckean and equipped with al that is needed, the vew was correctly described, due to olive trees, the lake view is partial on the ground floor.

Valentina is a brilliant host, very kind and helpful. She served excellent breakfast and the espresso was perfect.

Fair stay

The view from the room is amazing, the hotel is well located. The owner is very helpful, friendly and pleasant. There is a free parking for the clients of the hotel aside of it.

Although it’s only a 2 stars hotel, but some basic amenities were missed like a fridge working and water inside. Also, the area is surrounded by trees and a small forest, so expect some mosquitoes to be around at night, as there are no reppelants for them available.

Exceptional

The rooms with a lake view are amazing. The garden view rooms are also beautiful. The hotel is small, spotless clean, nicely furnished. The location is great, 10 minuntes walk into the beach and 15 to Limone center. For those with walking disabilities, who don't have a car is not recommendable since it is up the hill and is quite a workout on foot, which I personally enjoyed. The staff is amazing and welcoming. I couldn't ask for more from this place. I would totally recommend everyone to give it a chance. It won't disappoint! Mulțumim Valentina pentru ospitalitate și primirea frumoasă!

Quiet stay in a busy Limone sul Garda

We upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking the lake with an amazing view. Private free parking was great. The hotel is a bit outside the centre in a very quiet area, but we don't mind walking so for us this is not a bad thing. The breakfast had adequate choice.
