Great location, warm staff, clean and comfortable.

The location was close enough to the main attractions, but also peaceful and quiet. The staff were amazing, very warm, helpful and caring. The breakfast was very good - diverse and fresh. The balcony in the room view was amazing over the lake and across to the mountains on the other side of the lake.

Friendliness of the people and the fact that they were able to cater for a gluten-free diet. The hotel is beautifully situated just outside the town of Limone with stunning views of the lake and mountains.

Should have booked a room with air conditioning, ours had only a ceiling fan but that was my own fault. Everything else was great.

Overall, a nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

The friendly and helpful staff - We stayed in the Annex building and it was clean and the room had a nice balcony view. The pool was nice and quite big so plenty of room and the Staff occasionally came down to the pool to take orders for drinks. The Hotel also accommodated me with Gluten free cereal, bread slices and biscuits for Breakfast. The Hotel is also located away from the main Limone central area and so quieter with a 10- minute walk.

The Wi-Fi coverage was poor in the Annex building where our room was located and we couldn't get onto the Internet when over there. Also the coverage outside on the balcony from the main dining room / bar wasn't so good and my phone kept losing connection. The Hotel Christina above further up the Hill had some Live music for a couple of nights until around 10 p.m. and so if you wanted to get an early night's sleep it could be challenging.

The location was convenient

The hotel advertises a/c, however their a/c was not working. Additionally the room smelled of stewage backup and the wifi was horrendous. When the staff was advised they were extremely rude and unhelpful. They even took the liberty to trash talk my husband under their breath when they walked away (please note, he was extremely kind and patient). They could not relocate us another room or offer us any alternative options. We requested at least a fan and they brought us the oldest, loudest, dustiest, and most awful fan I have ever seen in my life and with the rudest attitude as well. I would never stay at this facility again and I highly recommend others to do the same.

Excellent and relaxing short holidays

We liked our stay at the Hotel Coste very much. We stayed there for 4 nights. They have very nice and helpful staff, nice sorroundings (olive trees, outdoor pool,playground and table tennis), and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was good, tasty and fresh. We didn`t eat dinner there, so I can`t comment on that. We also got a free private parking. The centre of Limone sul Garda is also very close to this accomodation (only 10 minutes walk). There`s really nothing to complain about.

Great Value for Money Stay in Limone

Comfortable, clean and good value for money. Excellent service from very friendly and helpful staff. Pool was well maintained, clean and had plenty of sun beds that were in great condition. Good observance of Covid restrictions too.

A fridge in the room and more effective A/C would have been beneficial

Staff very welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. Cleaning and protective Covid measures perfect. Beautiful garden and swimming pool. Easy parking and free if charge. Away from traffic noise and parking hassle in Limone and hotel location is an easy walk to town. We highly recommend this hotel.

Das Hotel Coste ist ein wunderschön gelegenes, familiengeführtes Hotel. Unser Zimmer hatte den schönsten Ausblick auf den See und den Garten, der mit Oliven- und Zitrusbäumen bepflanzt ist. Die Zimmer werden jeden Tag gereinigt. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und vielfältig, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!
