Pleasant stay at the lake

The hotel is in a great location which offers amazing views of the surrounding mountains. It's also just a short walk away from Limone sul Garda centre and the hotel shuttle into town was really useful. The private beach is nice as is the main pool and the hotel and rooms were very clean with room cleaning undertaken each day. Entertainment was a low key affair but this suited us nicely.

As per other reviews the food left a lot to be desired. The choice was ok but food was always luke warm even when fresh out which was disappointing. Towels were also not replaced during the stay in a bid to be eco friendly so if you wanted fresh towels you needed to pay an extra charge.

5 night stay, 2 adults 4 children.

Pools were great, good choice at breakfast/lunch/dinner, room large/spacious, private beach was nice to have a lunch/drinks down there were a bonus.

Room was very hot, AC didn't do much, shuttles were almost always full so we ended up walking everytime to Limone with our 4 kids, walk was easy but 25 mins in 35+ heat was taxing at times. The road to cross to the beach had cars flying round the corner and not great visibility.

Lovely place

Lovely food, abundance of various dishes during each meal time, very friendly waiters and Staff, perfect location, shuttle bus to the center of Limone; live music im the lobby each evening; we had an all-inclusive stay and we were pleaseantly surprised that soft drinks and alkohol drinks were at our disposal all the time - everything was available in the lobby. Lots of various snacks and icecrems for kids. Room was very clean, cleaned each day of our stay, fresh towels every day as well. Lovely hotel and a great stay.

The room (we were in building that starts with 6...) was very clean but it looks pretty old-fashioned (80's style) and it would be great to have some chairs - our room was 4-bed and no chairs. Apart from that little discomfort, we enjoyed the stay a lot!

A+ family vacation place

This place is fantastic place, especially for families. The grounds are exquisite and the view is even better. The pools, especially the family pool with the slide was amazing. The food was great. My family loved our time here.

Although the facility and grounds are amazing, the rooms are a bit dated and tired. With some upgrades to the room this place would a 10 out of 10.

The all inclusive food is not very good. We chose to eat dinners out for better food. Property is on a steep hill, be prepared to walk a lot of hills and stairs.

Amazing staff, facilities are you get what you pay for.

The staff were friendly, the hotel was all inclusive which was a great plus. The hotel room although dated was clean and pleasant. Breakfast and lunch was nice. Ice cream booth and free drinks was a real bonus!

The bathroom shower taps had mould on them. Cooked food quite often was cold, although it wasn’t bad, it wasn’t great either.

Staff were so friendly. food and drink was great. facilities were brilliant. The kids entertainment team absolutely made the trip, provided so many great memories for our little boy.

A nice stay

We liked the pools and the slide was very good for our kids. The fact that the pools were separated was a big plus, the big pool could get too noisy when there was an entertaining program going on. The mini golf was nice for children. The room was clean and all good except for the mattress (it was not comfortable, they should invest in changing them) The location was ok, the beach near the lake was very nice.

I didn’t like mattress of the bed. The food was not very tasty, or at least as I would have expected it to be in Italy. There wasn’t too much variety either. Also the restaurant was rather small for how big the hotel was and it got very crowded, noisy and loud. Also the staff seemed very on the run all the time, I felt like I was in their way a lot of times. It seemed like they were overworked and not very friendly, maybe they should add more staff. I could say that the staff in general could have been friendlier.

Good for families but not easy to navigate the lake and other towns from this location

Facilities for families such as water slide, table tennis, mini golf, bigger pool with music. Huge family rooms with 2 separate rooms and lake facing balcony. Good all inclusive drink selection, wine, beer and some spirits available to pour yourself If you don't have a car and want to visit just the one part of the lake this is ideal but it is a very long journey to get to from airports on public transport or to move to any of the other parts of the lake on the southern side (2 hrs on the fastest ferry to Desenzano), same for a bus. The evening entertainment was basic with one person playing music on the terrace outside the restaurant. This was fine as the hotel was full of families and everyone was playing card and board games with music in the background. There is a free shuttle bus to Limone where you can find a lot of gelaterias, restaurants and tourist shops. There are some decent pizzerias and local restaurants near the hotel due to the amount of self catered hotels nearby

Limited hot selection for vegetarians, apart from the plain tomato pasta or salad bar Breakfast selection uninspiring and the same everyday, no option for omlettes Walk to most family rooms is up hill, walk to family play area was up an incredibly steep path. This would not suit people with mobility issues and would be difficult with a pram

Good food and lots of drink options. Awesome location with private beach area and free shuttle to take you into the most beautiful little town.

The aircon in our room was not great, so with 37 degree Celsius days and hot evenings made sleeping difficult and uncomfortable.

Animation and main pool area were great, place for eating was new as well

Rooms are old and needs renovation, staff gave us the most further away room! We were a family of 4 with a small baby, going uphill wasnt easy. We changed room for extra money, got a better one but still very old and needs renovation, unlike reception and earing area it was very new and modern

Big disappointment partly due to our own fault as we did not realize the mass tourism concept of this hotel.

The hotel is located near the lake (but not right at the lake).

Unfortunately we did not realize before making the reservation that this hotel is classic mass tourism from the 80s. Very old rooms, loud old live music with synthesizer every night in front of the hotel, low quality food served like in a student canteen, 24h bar with short drinks in plastic cups, compulsory armband to wear, normal internet only for extra fees, bored employees at the reception.

A lovely hotel but needs up keep and is in dire need of a more versatile menu

room was tucked away around a corner and was right where people walked to go to the waterfront and they had to walk on a metal grid which made a terrible noise. certain lights in the room did not work and there was no air conditioner even though it is advertised as having one, which it did but was only turned on in high season?

Amazing experience on Garda Lake

The private beach with the comfortable chairs. The nice view of the the lake and the surrounding mountains. The free transfers to the center of limone sul garda. The meat curved every dinner and the self made cocktails. The kettle in the room with coffee and tea. The free wine bottle and two water bottles in the room.

The steep passages from the room to the main building and the fact that you have to cross the busy road without a bridge to the private beach. The repeated food at lunch and the distant attitude of the reception people. The rude conduct of the driver who refused to transfer us with the suitcases to the hotel till he spoke to the reception by using rude words. The bed smell in the room. The noise of unattnded children. The old bed covers. Not very hot water in the bath room.
