Wonderful hotel in amazing location, despite a couple of hiccups about food we had a wonderful holiday

The location, the balcony with lake view, the breakfasts were fabulous. Nice coffee. Comfortable room.

Needed more coat hangers, the drinks menu is out of date, food not available on it although advertised. I had my 70th birthday meal at the hotel and was very disappointed, what was advertised as a veal cutlet was in fact a breaded schnitzel and my husband’s beef cheek wasn’t warm.

Location was excellent. Restaurant staff amazing menu great. Franco at concierge very helpful and charming. Room has nice natural light, clean and user friendly. Nice breakfast.

I had a slight problem with changing my booking and a lot of perseverance and tenacity from me was required to sort it out. However I was very happy with the outcome in the end …just should have been easier to resolve.

Perfect hotel in a perfect location.

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel. Beautiful room, perfect location, right by the ferry port so perfect if you want to explore other parts of the lake, and the lake view from our window was breathtaking! Staff were all great, especially the staff who looked after us during breakfast each morning, they couldn’t do enough for us. I

Clean, quite fresh renovation, spectacular view through the window

No problem for us, everything great, just worth mentioning: church bells, cleaning car, ferries starts at 7.30, so you will hear if like to sleep longer. The largest ferry smells a little and during peak hours there are a lot of people next to the hotel as there is the main ferry station.

Great breakfast, and loved that you could eat it outside by the beautiful lake! The staff was also great and so sweet.

We had some bad weather during the night, and the electricity went out a couple of times, and the aircon stopped working during the night. But would still recommend this place:)

We were originally put in a room in the annex that was dark and totally detached from the hotel. We complained and they put us in a nice room with sea-view. very happy that they changed our room.

The staff was very service-minded and friendly and always there to assist or help you if you were in need. The newly renovated rooms were really nice and would definitely recommend picking a renovated room, you will not regret it.

Can be a abit noisy from the street, no traffic though, but that is to be expected given the location.

Amazing Hotel & Staff. All Good, & Best Location In Lake Garda!

Everything was amazing, we even got upgraded to a lake view room. Great helpful staff, great room, comfortable bed, and great breakfast. This is one of the few place that actually looks better in real life than the pictures! Easy pickup from car park (even came down in lift to meet us), and best location in all of Lake Garda.
