Lovely staff & location - good for one night stay nothing more

- amazing view from balcony! - big bathroom (shower and bath) - great location

- wifi was very very poor!! - twin beds (booked double) and they were harder than a rock - pillows were bricks

Good location and a big balcony with the view on the lake. Easy to reach from the centre of Limone. The staff was very helpful to find it too.

The door to the balcony was malfunctioning or just hard to close. The door at the main entrance to the apartment was also kinda hard to lock, plus we found it unlocked after the cleaning service was in. But please just note that this was only one apartment out of a lot of them.

Greta location, property leaves much to be desired

Wonderful location and clean accommodation. Staff was good too. The property is connected with Hotel Royal and access to their amenities is included.

The photos attached to the specific room we booked clearly showed a lake view. Was not the case when we checked in and Manager could not do anything about it. Paper thin walls and very noisy (manager said they are aware and working to correct this for next season) No AC in bedroom (much needed). No WIFI dispute being listed in booking. Finally staff did not inform us at check in we had access to Hotel Royal amenities; we found out mid way during our stay.

perfect apartment with an incredible view

Incredible apartment with a magical view. Very quiet place. Appartments has everything you need, moreover I was pleasantly surprised that the apartments are cleaned, beds are made and towels are changed even during a short visit. We really enjoyed making own breakfast and eating it leisurely on the balcony overlooking Lake Garda. I was satisfied with our stay.

I would recommend adding some nice wine glasses.

For the most part good, but can use some updates and changes.

The location was great! Quiet and neighbourly and a short walk to the town. It was very clean. The view was quite nice as well and was good value for money. The staff were also very welcoming and very helpful.

The wifi was shocking. Did not work at all and had to use data the whole time. We wouldn’t recommend you to stay if you need wifi connection. We also were kept awake at night by the plumbing that ran directly behind our bed through the walls. Every time the apartments above us would flush the toilet/use the taps it was extremely loud and prevented our sleep. It also smelt very clinical and a diffuser of some sort would be a great touch.

Beautiful view to the lake

Just an amazing view to the lake and Limone Sul Garda if you are on the first floor. We were lucky to get on of those apartments and enjoyed very much. The check-in at the hotel went smoothly, someone even showed us the way to the apartment. Overall we enjoyed very much, even a supermarket is within 5 minutes distance down the main street and the city center is also very near.

Very good

It was the end of high season, there was almost no availability in Limone, and to be honest it was out of our budget. That being said, this place was great! We didn't have a full lake view from the first floor unit, but the 180* mountain view was exceptional. Let's start with the bedroom. Plenty of closet space. Bed wasn't anything to rave about, though okay. Bathroom was decent size, and bath tub helped with the little one. Living room/kitchen/dining room. Bonus that large sliding door to balcony revealed beautiful mountain scape. Kitchen accommodating enough to prepare full meals. Folding couch bed in living room allowed for family time, vegging and playing. Balcony private enough and accommodating for drying clothes. Pool was quiet, fun, and frequented. Loungers all around and slight lake/mountain view peeking through. Private parking nice, though tight. Daily cleaning staff if needed.

Can't say to much here. Walk down and up to town was exhausting, but could have been worse. Really not that far, couple blocks to main road, despar store, restaurants. Its not on lake promenades, so little trek down to be expected. Keep in mind 80% of hotels aren't, or are even higher up the hill. Had to clean up kitchen fully or would be charged.. not a big deal. Otherwise, would definitely return stay... One last thing..because my partner gets devoured by mosquitoes, the air is a little less windy than lower down the hill, and they can be prevalent (no different than various spots around the lake). Recommend using citronella candles which are available all over town.

Nice place at the perfect location in Limone!

Excellent location, just the right distance from the Old town of Limone, and the beach, but yet not too far up the hill. Only 5 mins walk down to the old town on a pedestrian cobbled street. Private parking right outside. We had access to a very nice pool in the garden, which was very quiet when we were there (mid-July). In addition each apartment has its own balcony. We hardly spent any time inside. Kitchen OK equipped, no dishwasher, so bring your own dishwahing gear. Kettle and coffeemachine for filer coffee worked fine. We appreciated the housekeeping every day in the apartment with fresh towels, clean floors, etc. A little further up the hill you access severeal hiking trail and an outdoor fitness park which we visited several times. Large mosquitoes came to bite us in the evening, so bring a repellant. All in all an excellent stay, we will definatetely come back here if we return to Limone.

Most staff was helpfull, exept for when we asked for bath towels at the reception, and did not get any because we did not have enough cash for the deposit. I would expect the hotel to be able to make a note on our room, and in case we did not return the towels upon check out we would be charged. Other than that both check in and check out was professionally handled.

Very good value and amazing view

It's such a great place to stay in Limone Sul Garda. It's very close to the center, but at the same time, it's in a quieter place with a lot of flowers, greens, and an amazing view. It's one of the best views you can get, if you don't want to go all the way up to the mountains. Even though the apartment itself isn't very modern, it has its own charm. And it's clean, well equipped, well thought, everything is working and in a good condition. There's a cleaning coming from the hotel, there's a pool, well-maintained garden.

If your neighbors are noisy (last day we got a couple in an apartment next to us), this might be not a very pleasant experience. They were drinking beer nonstop and burping on a terrace that is divided only by a metal/plastic partition. But that's not really a hotel's fault, that's rather someone's poor culture.

Sehr freundliches Personal, tolle Lage, man konnte die Pools mitnutzen, der Balkon und die Aussicht sind top.

In der Küche gab es weder Salz noch Essig oder Öl. Eine Grundausstattung wäre nett gewesen. Die Betten sind zwei Einzelbetten - ein Queen Size wäre hier sinnvoller.

Skuffende at vi ikke kunne udnytte de muligheder der var i den lejlighed pga røggener.

Udsigten, renlighed, kort afstand til midten af byen. Flot og vedligeholdt have.

Vi har valgt det sted fordi under beskrivelsen specificeres at der er rygning forbudt på alle fælles og privat områder. Jeg har desværre en mild form for astma. Det vidste sig at der var rygning forbudt kun i selve lejligheden, dvs folk røg over alt udenfor, både på de fælles arealer og deres terrasse. Vi havde nogen boede ved siden af de første tre dage,der røg konstant, så vi ikke kunne være udenfor på vores terrasse, eller have døren åbent. Reception fik bekræftet at folk må ryge på deres terrasse, selvom der specificeres andet under hotellets beskrivelse. Kan jeg forvente en kompensation for det ? Lejligheden havde også en del slitage, dørene til lejligheden og terrassen kunne ikke lukkes ordentligt, og personalet kunne heller ikke fikse det. Vil sige at det er anden gang vi er på det hotel, første gang har vi slet ikke oplevet det, eller måske var vi heldige fordi de andre turistet der boede der var ikkerygere.

Krásné ubytování s úžasným výhledem na jezero Garda

Krásný apartmán s úžasnou terasou a ještě lepším výhledem na jezero Lago di Garda. Apartmán je dobře a útulně zařízený, postele velmi pohodlné, veškeré zařízení v perfektním stavu. Naprosto luxusní jsou hlavně večery na terase. Pro nás bylo, a to obzvláště v Limone Sul Garda, obrovskou výhodou to, že jsme měli pro apartmán vlastní parkovací místo přímo vedle hotelu. To je opravdu k nezaplacení... Za nás úplně skvělé je umístění rezidence v rámci Limone Sul Garda. Pro někoho může být výhodou i to, že lze využívat zařízení v hotelu Royal Village, ve kterém probíhá check-in (my jsme to ale nevyužili, vzhledem ke krátkému pobytu). Určitě se chceme do Residence La Madonina vrátit, tentokrát ale na delší pobyt.

Výhody naprosto převyšují nad nevýhodami. Pokud bych měl přece jen říci nějakou nevýhodu, trochu složitější je check-in a check-out, protože probíhá na jiném místě. Problémy nám trochu způsobovala slabší wifi. A obzvláště pro delší pobyty by bylo fajn, kdyby měl apartmán myčku na nádobí, ale chápu, že na ni není místo - není to příliš velká nevýhoda.

Bom, mas com potencial para melhorar

Bom tamanho para 2 pessoas. Varanda grande com vista parcial do lago, no apto 3. Localização em ladeira, mas ainda próximo do centro. Serviço de quarto diário. Possibilidade de usar piscinas do Hotel Royal Palace. Utensílios de cozinha. Internet funciona bem.

Mobiliário antigo, armário que não abre gavetas. Falta micro-ondas na kitchnete. Falta também jogo americano ou toalha para mesa. Ter uma cafeteira sem fornecer filtro de papel não é muito útil.

Hübsche und saubere Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Perfekte Lage - vollkommen ruhig und trotzdem nur 200m bis zum Zentrum und dem nächsten Supermarkt. Ferienwohnung mit Hotelservice (Handtücher wurden gewechselt / Mülleimer geleert /Betten gemacht)

Das Geschirr war teilweise etwas knapp bemessen (für zwei Personen war es allerdings ausreichend)

Vse super, odlično urejene poti in krasen kraj za počitnice.

Ob rezervaciji ni bilo zapisano, da je omejitev v velikosti psa, šele pri obvestilu tik pred prihodom pa je bilo sporočeno, da je omejitev 10kg. Sicer par kil več potem ni bil problem, a vseeno.
